I own and operate StoneWind Retreat,a resort with 8 cabins and a conference center. When there is an electrical problem in one of my cabins, particularly our most popular cabin, I have to get it fixed--quick. Problem is we are in Chester, miles from Van Buren and further from Ft. Smith. Today I had a problem in our most popular cabin with guests checking out at 11:00, others due in at 3:00, more due in tomorrow. I had a small window to get this fixed, and if I did not get it fixed, I had to refund money to guests who would still be unhappy because their vacation had been ruined. I call Cand D at 11:45. The gentleman who answered the phone told me he had another call to make and could come after that, but when he understood my time frame, he made some suggestions about how I could troubleshoot the problem myself (checking for shorts by plugging and unplugging) and perhaps fix it. He said to call him back if that did not work and he would see if he could get here. Well what he suggested seemed to work, but I was still worried. So I called him back, told him what had happened, and he gave me some more information on shorts and what might have gone wrong. It has been a couple of hours; the breaker is still good, the problem under control for now. And I have had a quick lesson in electrical trouble shooting. He warned me it might go down again, but so far it has held longer than in the last two days of problems with it. If it does go down, I will call him to come and put in a new breaker or a larger circuit. But even if my simple fix is the FIX, I will be calling Cand D for my other electrical needs, including the expansions we are planning in some of our buildings. His generosity and ethics made my week.
Description of Work: This is the first review I have ever written about someone who did NOT come. Instead, he told me over the phone how I could trouble shoot the problem--and perhaps fix it. He was right. He has my vote as electrician of the year, and my business in the future. Amazing ethics and professionalism.

Again, showed up on time, did quality work, called City inspector in Fort Smith to make sure that all was compliant with city codes, even though that was not a requirement. Documented work well. Price was competitive. Works very hard to ensure that client's requests are met. Kind, courteous. Always leave workplace clean.udy

Excellent service from the start. Called him on a Sunday and he answered the phone promptly. Came on Tuesday to give free quote. Came on time, kept us up to date on any problems, completed service in one day. Cleaned up messes made. Bill was exactly what was quoted. Nice, neat, personable. No off-color conversation or cursing. Licensed, insured and bonded. Could not ask for better service.
