They were good about getting out to me the next day after calling.
But they failed to call to let me know he was running late from a precious call.
Fast and efficient at fixing my machine.

I had broken the lid latch on my washer and needed to call someone for a repair. I searched AngiesList and B&B was the only review I found so I decided to go with them. I have had a lot of luck going with companies I find on here. I called B&B and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They were to arrive from 8-10 in the morning and I was their second job that morning so it was closer to 10. Don came in and got straight to work. They were in and out in what felt like ten minutes. They had actually had a similar malfunction recently and another person had ordered the wrong part that happened to work for my machine. Don thought of this before hand and brought the part just in case. Thanks to that I skipped a two week wait for an ordered part.  The best part about this is they actually called in all of my warranty information on their own without a word from me. I didn't have to do anything. I didn't even think this would have been covered, I had my wallet ready and they did all the work at NO COST to me. Absolutely top notch.  Don Vlastuin was the repair person. He had an assistant with him but I didn't catch his name nor did he have a card to give like Don did. Both were personable and extremely quick with their work. I've been writing this report for a longer amount of time then it took them to fix my washer. I couldn't be more impressed. These folks are a must call if you have a problem with your appliance.

On our dishwasher Don had to make two calls, because we had to gather some information that Whirpool asked for. Once he had the information they requested, he returned and quickly fixed our problem. Since then the dishwasher is working perfectly. Our last call to them was for a Frigedaire Dishwasher that is installed in our rental. They responded quickly and made arrangements with our tenant. Met with her at the home and completed the repairs quickly and to her satisfaction. They kept us informed as to the outcome of the work they performed at our rental and sent me the Invoice outlining what service was rendered via mail promptly for our records. Top notch service company!
