+ 0 moreWe are so happy. One room in our house was not getting much air or heat before, and now it works. He made sure all the flashing was secured and all was in excellent shape. He has a good personality and kept to schedule and budget. He took our concerns into account and adjusted his job to meet our needs. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. He is now our go-to guy for all things HVAC.
Description of Work: Insulated and strapped the existing ductwork. It was in pretty bad shape before, but Russell made sure it was 100%. We also were slowly loosing the ground underneath the concrete pad that our package unit sits upon. He dug out the very wet mud and jacked it up, then added supports. He left it jacked up for a few days to let it have a chance to dry out. Thankfully the weather held and he came back and filled the hole back in. He even added some topsoil and smoothed it to make it look nice. We also had an incorrect pipe for our gasline (installed by the company that originally did our unit), and now we are up to code.

Description of Work: the a/c unit and duct work were replaced as contracted and it has worked properly. However, during installation the workmen trashed my house. They put no barriers up to prevent the dust and insulation from going into all of the rooms of my house. It took me weeks to clean the dust from every inch of my house. The hired men set drinks on my wood furniture, used my bathroom and trashed it. Had I known the mess that they were going to leave, I would have put up barriers myself and rented a port-a potty for them.

+ -1 moreHe is very professional, the price was cheaper than anybody else, and the unit still works perfectly. He is very honest. I gave him the money in advance and he completed the job before time. He stayed until 10:30 some nights to finish the job.

He finished the job two days a head of time We have no problem at all and I paid him in advance cash before he start the work because this unit was special order I trust Mr Webber and I recommend him to any body who wants the best service for the lowest price.I thank him for a job well done.

+ -1 moreIt went fine, I knew from previous experience Mr. Webber would do a good job, I didn't stand over him to see what he was doing. He came, he worked, he left!!!
Description of Work: I had All State come out to service the a/c before the season. Mr. Webber was here when he said he would be, told me what he would do and set out to work. I felt his charge was reasonable for his time and effort servicing my a/c unit. He cleaned the filters, vacuumed the the appliance, and checked, cleaned the outside unit and and checked charge,fan motors etc.
