 + -1 moreThe entire job was done in 1 1/2 days. The roof was then thoroughly inspected and additional spot glue was added where necessary. Cleanup was extremely thorough - my driveway was left cleaner than when they arrived. A magnetic roller picked up all the dropped nails.
Description of Work: The house is 35+ years old and had the original asphalt shingle roof and a 2nd layer over that. Both layers were removed and hauled away. Several decking panels were replaced (as needed). Removed two turbine-type attic vents and closed with new decking. Installed new felt paper and applied 3,400 sq ft of lifetime, architectural grade, GAF 130 mph shingles including new ridge vents. Old drip edge was replaced with new color-matched drip edge. Gutter guards were upgraded to appropriate top-edge design. Five nails were used per shingle.
