 + -1 moreI don?t have any problems with them. They are good. They were never down, it?s always up and running. I have them for a few years now and I never had them around since they installed it. They never called. I started using them in 2012. The price is a little expensive.

 + -1 moreIt is okay. I have been with them since 5 years ago. The pricing is competitive. However, getting a technician to the house in a timely manner is a bit of a problem.

 + -1 moreI cannot list all the issues we have had since switching to Suddenlink because my internet is spotty and I could lose all I have typed here. Just keep in mind that they don't tell you about the Internet Usage amount. They won't tell you about this but If you go over the amount allotted, they will bill you after your third warning. Also, the router that was installed did not work with my printer so they removed the router and I'm still billed as if I'm using their router. I received a letter from the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, warning me that if I didn't return the router, they would bill me 10.00 per month, even though they had the router the whole time. Don't bother to complain, they will just tell you that if you wish to disconnect it will cost you an early termination fee.
Description of Work: We switched our internet from Centurylink to Suddenlink because we wanted faster internet service.
