Description of Work: We needed work quoted and then done. Obviously when plumbing is in question and there's waste in all of my bathtubs it's pretty time-sensitive. For TWO DAYS they kept telling us they were coming. No call, no show. Call back. Oh, we'll come this afternoon. Oh, we'll come in the morning we got caught up. It's just about expectations - if you can't come for 3 days then say that so I can find someone else more quickly and you don't leave me on the hook. Plumbers are scarce in town, but I don't recommend this one. THEN we attempted to schedule a year later and they told me no because I left a 1-star review on Google for the above. What a mature company, more reason to give them a 1.
