Description of Work: They installed the Heat and air system in the house when it was being constructed about 5 years ago. Last winter, a copper tube that connected the A/C condensation sump to the outside, froze and burst. When the A/C was running, the water that the sump pumped out leaked into the attic crawl space. When called, they arrived within 2 hours and repaired it for free.
