Technicians installed a functioning unit and duct, but left handprints and smudges on interior wall at thermostat and caused cracks in dry wall in kitchen ceiling (duct work). Thomas Bui himself refused to repair the cracks after repeated requests.

Air conditioner unit was installed by this company poorly, slanting and rejected by home inspector. When called for correction, arriving service man told me cost for service call is $65; total $150 plus tax. I told him I don't want it done if cost that high. He then grabbed a nearby brick and ask if I had another one. I went and got one from the back yard. He pushed both bricks under the unit, which leveled the units pad. But before that he tried to talk me into servicing the whole system, which I declined also. He then called for backup. His superior, one of the company sons arrived trying to convince me servicing the system and or at least replace the motor. Motor is still under warranty and good. Again I declined. He then went into my house looking around - although its a beautiful home I do not know for what. After unsuccessful discussion a bill of $162,38 was handed to me with the words "sign." The invoice states that payment is due upon completion; ignoring I had declined to go ahead. Breakdown - $75 for service, not the proposed $65; $25 for diagnostic fee, its a puzzle?; and $50 for parts, plus $12.38 tax. What parts, they were my bricks. When questioning the diagnostic charge I was told "we charge that every customer, not just you." This company is ripping off peoples money, especially older ones and gender selected. A rude, cunning company projecting greed, little intelligence and no integrity. I am willing to pay the $65 for coming, but not the rest. Therefore, they owe me $92.01 refund, which they will not pay. .

They did a great job. He was really good. I would highly recommend him. He could have charged us a lot more. They were very clean, they came in and did their thing. I had no problems with it. They were very polite. They kept to themselves pretty much. When I asked them questions, they were very good at answering. When I had it put in, it was summer and when winter came and I wasn't sure how to get it to transfer over to the heater, he actually sent somebody back out to show me how that works and straightened up everything. We checked around for the pricing and basically it was about the same everywhere.

Mr Bui and his granson did the work. He was at my house in a hour. When I called the person I talked to was very friendly and helpful. Mr Bui and his grandson were so friendly and easy to work with.

We were misquoted price and they and quot;preformedand quot; services without discussing. Another tech said they didn't even perform the service for which we were charged, which explains why our problem wasn't resolved as a result of their and quot;service call.and quot;

I would recommend Thomas Bui and Sons to others, as he does good work.

I really enjoyed their friendliness and their prompt service. The cleanup was just great. We didn't find any screws or anything. The price could have been a little bit better. I would use them again.

It was great! They cleaned up after themselves and did the work as promised.

My Air Condition Unit went out 6 months after I purchased my house. I had a Home Warranty but they were not wanting to replace all of the necessary parts. Mr. Buie refused to half way fix the unit and worked for weeks getting the Home Warranty Company to agree to replace what was needed in order for my unit to work properly. My unit works great now and I will defenitely use Thomas Buie and Sons in the future should the need arise.

PLEASE do not use this business!!! They are dis-honest and pricey. After a quote for just over $100 for a service call, Thomas Bui came to our home and without consulting us he cleaned only the outside unit and charged us $433. When we realized later that day that the problem wasn't fixed, we called someone else out and they informed us that all we needed was a couple cans of spray foam to fix the problem. He stated that Thomas Bui, if he really knows anything about A/C units, would and should have seen that air was pulling from outside and disbursing our cold air back outside. I feel that he was dishonest with us and just wants money for nothing. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and he has yet to respond.
