I really can't say enough about how impressed I was with the two providers (won't mention their names here for privacy reasons), but I am going to try. The team that did the work was friendly, punctual, and more professional than any other service provider I have ever had dealings with. They arrived on time, quickly assessed the project, provided me a quote and began work immediately once I agreed to the price. They were very careful to keep my home clean and free from damage as they worked. They even wore booties over there shows to minimize any potential dirt that might have been on their shoes...which there was none. Once complete they cleaned up their work area and were sure to validate that I was satisfied with the job. I could not have been more pleased. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Very thorough inspection the service man explained in detail all the work that would be needed and an estimate that was extremely close to the actual amount of the project.

Two of the nicest young men arrived at my house just 1 hour after I called Service First Pro. They were so professional and took care of the problem and showed me everything they did and even saved me money by how they repaired the faucet. One of the young men noticed a leak around my vent pipe on the hot water heater and checked the roof to make sure I had a cap on the pipe! We have used this company at our business in Hooks and have always been 100% satisfied with their service and prices. I can't imagine using any other company for plumbing or electrical.

they were very professonial. Came in looked at what all I need done, told me they would write up estimate and let me decide just what all I wanted done. Once I decided they would start to work. They were very neat and kept everything clean. Couldn't ask for better service. Explained every thing they were doing as they went along. The ring in the kitchen sink had started to leak once you pulled the plug. They replaced it with a new one. The ice maker wasn't getting enought water to it from the conection, so they had to replace the fitting that went to the water supply with a better one. The one that was on it, was one of the cheap (do it yourself) tap into the water supply. I will use the again.

I had an emergency order for a location out of the way. Rhonda was able to get someone there to assess the situation within a few hours. They have fair and reasonable pricing. Priced by the job. I will definitely call them in the future, if I have any work to do in that area.

I had used this company before and was satisfied by their work, but this time, a mistake was made. One of the connections on the tub valve was not properly done and when the water was turned back on, the connection separated, allowing water to flow into the wall cavity. This flood of water poured through the ceiling in my garage. They made many promises at first about making it right, but they have only made a token effort to repair the ceiling in my garage. I am definitely not satisfied by what they call their est effort and I have given up on them and I will repair the ceiling properly myself. This company has done good work in the past, but they will no adequately repair damages they inflict on your home. I will never use their services again and I can not in good faith, recommend them to anyone.

I couldn't ask for any better service. The plumbers showed up in clean uniforms, even asked me if the van was parked ok.....as they proceeded, they answered any questions my husband had and offered options of service. We chose the $99.00 drain clean. They said the $99.00 drain clean included a video camera and showed my husband our issues, and explained the special was just a bandage on the problem, and that we could have the issue again, and then offered options for us to consider in the near future. Then to my surprise, they called back and asked how things went and made sure that everything went well. We've never experienced such service and professionalism. We would and will recommend Service First Pro to anyone.

it went smooth from start to finish, It was a big job and required the use of a back hoe, they cleaned up after themselves and used shoe covers when they came in the house.

Technician arrived after scheduled time by an hour. The technician examined the leak (I had already removed the wet sheetrock) and provided an estimate as to what it would cost. However, they did not come prepared to cut cast iron and had arrived late in the day so they had to wait till the following day to come in and repair the leak, Once again, they arrived past there scheduled appointment time. Once the Technician arrived, which was a different technican, he examined the leak, and then gathered the appropriate tools to do the job. The Technician told me how he would do the repair and the estimated time it would take to do the repair. Once the repair was done, he cleaned most of the mess. Presented me the bill for no more that what the estimate was. He took the extra time to show me how he cut the cast iron pipe with the type of tool he was using. He explained the pro's and con's of such tool. Then left. Overall I was satisfied with the job, and all the people with Service Pro was friendly and informative. I would most likely use them again.

On one occasion, I needed to upgrade the lighting in my garage. The tech came out to look at the current situation, After I ex[planed my needs, he recommended that I switch from the florescent shop lights to metal halide. He also made recommendations such as redirecting and changing the positioning. Because of his know how and intuition, he made a significant improvement for my situation. The experience that they bring to to table gives them the edge that puts them above their competition.

The technician was very nice. It was just too expensive. I guess they did a good job. The overall experience was excellent. The quality of service was good. It took them a long time to fix it, and we had to wait several days to get it finished. They came out fairly quickly when they first came out. They were professional. I am not sure if I would use them again.
