Description of Work: They located a source and ordered replacement motors for our older bathroom exhaust fan, and then installed the new motors. Took a few weeks for them to find, order, and receive replacement fans -- understandable, as the old unit is 40 years old now and no longer being made! We didn't want to completely replace the housing on the original unit because the hole that would have been left in our sheetrock ceiling would have been too large for today's models, and would have required sheetrock patching, painting, etc. The exhaust fan/heater now works well again, with new exhaust and heater fan motors that should work for many more years.

Description of Work: My appointment was for 8:30 am. They arrived at 8:45 but had called to let me know they were running late. On arrival, they got to work immediately and changed two light fixtures and installed( hard-wired) a lighted make-up mirror. Friendly and professional.

I emailed Staley Electric with questions requesting an inspection and was called within just a matter of minutes after hitting that send button. I was routed very quickly from the Little Rock office to the Springdale office as it was closer to my house. Bob Smith has called and texted me many times keeping me in touch with the inspection of the older home we recently purchased in the area & will be renovating in the near future. Presently I live out of state and with my permission Bob inspected the house & emailed me a report of what should be fixed along with pictures and prices. This is a wonderful report to help me determine my budget & time frame for needed repairs. He has promptly answered any & all questions I've had. I have only had them fix the corroded neutral conductor at this time but will be calling them back to do more once we turn the electricity on. A lot of elbow grease went into removing that corroded conductor so all the effort that went into that replacement was worth every penny I paid. I would give them an A+++ on the report if Angie's list had that as an option for their customer service as well as the repair work. They far exceeded my expectations & made it so easy to deal with them long distance.
Description of Work: Inspection of older house just purchased to determine what repairs/upgrades are needed. Replaced corroded neutral conductor that needed replacement before electricity was turned on.
