When the tech was unable to use the camera because the lines were blocked and not clear, the office rearranged schedules to get someone out here that day to get the lines cleared for me which was actually the ultimate problem.

Came earlier than original appointment which was great! Had a new toilet installed and they were quick but they left water on the floor and tracked dirty footprints on the wet tile. Other than that, great job!

I had a sink faucet leak in a rental cabin and Bill from Ray Lusk Plumbing was out by 11:30 am on the same day to check then back at 2pm to replace the faucet--all work done by the time cabin guests were home for the day. I HIGHLY recommend!
