Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about John and his crew! I was looking for a quality fence, built right! I have a lot of water coming through my yard so I sprung for the Postmaster steel fence posts. I also wanted cedar runners and pickets for a longer-lasting fence that would resist so much warping and twisting. To do all of the above, it would've busted my budget, but John was very flexible and helped me work out a plan that would result in the fence I wanted at a price I could afford. Every good fence starts at the posts, so I hired Privacy Fence to install the postmasters the right way and tie them to the house. He and his crew cut absolutely no corners, digging holes deeper than what I've seen other posts set. He walked me through a couple of the questions I had and was kind and professional every step of the way. I plan to do the work on the runners and pickets myself and it is so reassuring to know that my posts are done right and the foundation is set for a beautiful fence. His fast and friendly crew went above and beyond. The next house we have will be the one we build to retire in...and I will be giving John and Privacy Fence NWA another call!

Description of Work: They installed a fence for us in the dead of winter, it was so cold their compressor would shut off occassionally. They did an EXCELLENT job!!. Would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Rebuilt a double drive through gate as well as a walk through gate. They did the walk through at material cost only which was nice as the double drive gate was fairly pricey. I felt very comfortable with this company being at my home when I wasn't there. We have had a bad experience in the past so we feel it's best to pay a bit more for a reliable and trustworthy provider. John was great!

Description of Work: They gave me an estimate and options for replacing my home privacy fence. They were very nice and I got a reasonable estimate right then. I haven't replaced the fence yet because it's expensive but I'll be calling them when I do because of their professionalism and courtesy.
