I am very happy with the fence. John gave me some great suggestions on saving money to accomplish my main goal of containing the dogs. Everybody showed up when they were scheduled and they did exactly what we wanted.

John is great. Really Great. The pricing is great, the crew is great, and John was really understanding in dealing with issues here within the home. All was dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner. I never got the sense that all he wanted was my business, he definitely wanted us to be satisfied and I can say with certainty we are. Fantatstic - couldn't be happier!

Excellent service, beginning from estimate to completion of work. Appreciated very much the hands-on supervision of the work by Mr. Cook. Very prompt service; completed ahead of projected work schedule. Chose this company despite $250 lower bid from another company based on the attention to detail the owner provided during estimate phase of project. Other bidder seemed very rushed when obtaining my instructions and even had to be reminded about parts of my request. Worth the extra.

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I felt I had to. I called Privacy Fence to come out and give me and estimate on fixing several latches I was having problems with on my iron fence. John, the owner, came out and took a look at everything I was having issues with and told me that I would need a welder to fix these issues. Unfortuately, he didn't have the resources to handle this type of work, so he gave me a recommendation for someone in the area. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism. I would definately recommend these guys and use them for any fence needs I have in the future. Well done!!

I called John and initially said I wanted a quote to replace a chain-link fence in our backyard. With not much experience in fence work, I had no idea how much fences cost! I called him back and was kind of embarrased to say I really just wanted to repair the fence I had. He could have been irritated, but instead he was incredibly gracious and said that he would meet me the next day. He not only worked to replace only what I needed, he was able to use some leftover fencing material we had. He also told me that he would not replace our current fence as it was made with quality material. His honesty and his looking out for my interest earned him my business for good. And, I recommend this company to anyone who asks. They completed their work on time--I didn't even need to be there--and, gave me overnight to inspect the work before I paid for the job. Lots of fence companies will do a good job, but I really felt like he worked to accomodate my financial situation and busy lifestyle. Highly recommend.

John came out and asked me specific questions, things I hadn't even thought of, about what I wanted in my fence and gave me options and suggestions as to what might be best in various locations. He provided me a quote the next day. The fence was done as scheduled, and every single remnant of the old fence, including the grapevine that was attached to it, was removed and hauled away. The fence looks fantastic! The pickets are all level and equally spaced, and the gates work perfectly. John and his crew will be back in a month or so to fence the back acre of my property. I cannot say enough good about the work they did.

The men came and dig the holes and set the posts on a Monday. The men were very diligent in their measurements and work. The posts were set in hand mixed concrete as John said they would be. The concrete cured and on the third day the crew came back and put up the framework and the fence boards. Again the men made sure everything was level and in line at all times. The crew were very professional and cleaned up the site of all extra boards and dirt from the post holes. I used a coupon from Angie's List for a free gate or $150 off also. We opted for a 6 foot double gate and it is wonderful. The hinges and locks are sturdy and the gate is beautiful. Thank you so much, Privacy Fence you made us extremely happy and to have our fence up in 3 days was awesome!!!!

I received four estimates to build a fence. John understood what I wanted from the first conversation. I asked for two estimates. One for the fence I could afford and one for the fence I wanted. John surprised me with a price I could afford for the fence I wanted. Everything moved quickly and easily from the first phone call to the project end. I would recommend John and Privacy Fence to anyone particular about price, quality or style.

It went very well. They were very easy to call and get a quote scheduled. They were timely with their quote submission (a day or two). The quote was competitive but not amazingly low - a good sign of probable workmanship imo. Work was scheduled a few weeks out (which I figured was another good sign). He was able to get to the work a week early. He did a good job communicating about changing start/stop dates as his schedule opened up. What he said - happened. That probably matters more to me than anything. He personally met me out there to show me his workmanship before he provided me the invoice. He did a great job. Not the most professional - but wasn't unprofessional by any means. Quality product, on time, fair price. I'm happy. Thanks!

They were very prompt to give an estimate, unlike some other fence companies who never responded. They actually called to ask if they could start a week or two earlier than first planned. The workers arrived early and installed almost 200 feet of posts in one day. I was especially impressed that they used hand tools and mixed the concrete on site ( the old-fashioned way.) The job was not easy because they had to work about 10 inches away from the inside of the old fence which could not be torn down until the new fence was constructed due to our large dogs. They allowed the posts to set for 3 days before returning to install the boards and gate. The entire fence was completed that day and the area cleaned - including tearing down and hauling away the old fence. Neighbors came over promptly that evening to admire the fence. It is truly a one of a kind fence that exceeded my expectations - especially since the price was only a few hundred more than other companies estimated for a plain dog-ear cedar with no cap and rail or custom gate. Several people have asked us for their number and I have not hesitated to recommend them. Privacy Fence Inc. is the way to go!

John was very professional. He was the only fence company out of three that gave me a written quote at the time he came to look at my yard and present fence. His quote included everything from required items, like pickets, posts, etc, and the cost of any optional items I may want. We upgraded to Postmaster metal posts. They completed the project in the quoted time and there were no surprise charges after completion. I would recommend Privacy Fence Inc to anyone. Thanks John.

found on angle's list on tuesday, estimate on wednesday, posts set on thursday (had to set 24 hours and they don't work weekends). monday they arrived by 930 and i had my fence by 100. they were very professional, quick to work and decently priced. in a few months, i am going to call them to have someone come stain it. the fence looks amazing and i'm very pleased!!!

I made several phone calls to businesses listed on the site. Privacy Fence NWA and one other company came out and Privacy Fence NWA was less expensive per foot and John was very personable. I had a good feeling when I met him originally and went with my gut... I'm very pleased with the fence and John has followed up with me a couple of times to make sure my wife and kids love it too. I would use them again and would refer my friends and family to them. I don't usually take the time to do this but I feel people need to know who to call if you want it done right, the first time.

He does a very good job on fences. They got it done quickly and efficiently. It's been two years and I haven't had any problems with it at all.
