Could not have gone better. John is incredible. He is pleasant, communicative (via phone/text/email), punctual, and could not have been more professional. Most importantly, his work is immaculate! He oversees everything himself and went over all the details with me before the work was performed. When starting the project, he made suggestions and brought things up I hadn't considered. He made several trips to my house before the work actually started to make sure everything was in order. I didn't have to worry about anything at all. I'm fairly picky about things, but I trusted John completely and I wasn't wrong to do so. In addition, his crew is A+, very professional and FAST. I couldn't believe what they were able to do in such a short time. Mine was not an easy project, but it was done in two days. Very pleased, beautiful fence!

John Cook was very prompt to come and provide an estimate. I was told that there would be an approximate 6 week wait until the work commenced. 6 weeks to the day, they completed the project. John, his son, and the rest of the crew could not have been more courteous or professional. I am very pleased with the aesthetics and quality of my new fence.

Excellent service. From the first call to completion - excellent communication, excellent craftsmanship. John set the time frame expectation appropriately by letting me know they were 4-5 weeks out on projects. He had schedule changes & was able to do the work much sooner than expected. John and his team were fantastic! We had a deadline to meet since we were celebrating our daughter's graduation, and the rain just never seemed to stop. John worked us in on the few sunny days we were blessed with and got the entire scope of the project done in 2 days. It is so great to pull up to a beautiful fence, no trash cans covering the driveway and a fence that is not falling over. I would highly recommend Privacy Fence

This was a great experience from start to finish. I contacted John and in the next day or so, his son came out and measured for my fence and gave me an idea of how it would be laid out. The next day I received an estimate from John. They came out last Tuesday (4/25/17) and set the posts. Because of all the rain forecasted for our area I wasn't sure if they would be able to come out and put the fence up. Yesterday (4/27) John called to tell me the guys would be finishing up in about 20 minutes. He sent a crew of 6 to build my fence. They did a wonderful job and I am very well pleased. The friendliness, the professionalism and quick response were far above what I expected. I give them the highest rating I can and would rate them even higher. I have already recommended them to several friends and would not hesitate to hire them again. Great job John and crew!!

From the quote through the final install, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and fair. We got quotes from multiple companies, and Privacy Fence gave us a fair quote but even more importantly they met with us, explained all the options and helped us understand what would work for us and why. They used the best materials and methods, and we felt from start to finish that we were getting a great product built with skill and care and built to last. John and his whole team kept us informed all along the way; they gave accurate timing estimates and charges were exactly as specified. We are confident that our fence will be here, and straight and tall, for a long time to come!

John Cook was my representative from the company. He was very thorough, polite, punctual,informative, and knowledgeable of the construction of quality fencing. The construction was completed quickly and constructed very well. I was impressed with this company and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them as well.

We love our new fence! John is a very nice and professional guy. He came out personally and did our estimate and took note of a few custom things we wanted for our fence. In just a few weeks, he arrived again with his team in to get the work done. In just a few days, we had a beautiful finished cedar privacy fence. We couldn't be happier with the end result. They did exactly what Mr. Cook said they'd do. Because of the heat, he had his crew here early at 6:30 am on Thrusday to put the posts in and Monday at 6:30 am they were here to do the fence and gate. I am extremely happy with the service and the time Mr.Cook spent working and explaining everything to me and helping to keep the cost down. John and his crew did a fantastic job with replacing all of the fencing around my large back yard after a yard fire. John was incredibly friendly and open re the cost. When I first asked him to replace my fence he told me that if I wanted to save money, he could repair the 12 foot burnt section and recommended another company to come out to stain the fence to save me thousands of dollars. Yes, he recommended how to save me money and cut down his total bill by thousands! After discussing it with my wife, we decided to have a total new fence put up. They are timely and efficient. He also recommended a siding company and plumber, all of whom were excellent. I have recommended John and Privacy Fencing to many others.

This project for was my son's new home, they met us there and provided an accurate bid, and completed the job on time. These guys were fast and professional. Exceeded our expectations, really good quality construction and materials, and their workers were polite and professional. Fence looks great!

Privacy Fence was great. They fixed my fence in a timely manner and actually upgraded the fence that the builder installed. I would highly recommend Privacy Fence for any job in Arkansas, Oklahoma, or Missouri.

I wish we had hired this company 11 years ago!! We originally called to get our entire fence replaced - the previous company we hired 11 years ago did a LOUSY job on our gates and certain sections of our fence. We had a few places that were warped, posts needed that were never placed and our gates have never been right - one sagged so bad that we had to install a post to hold it up and couldn't use it. We thought we were going to have to go with chain link to get a fence that would last. John came out and gave us an estimate for both chain link and new wood fencing but went a step further and told us that our current fence really wasn't all that bad - the wood was still in good shape (just needs to be cleaned and sealed) and we just needed a few spots worked on. He told us we could easily get another 7-8 years out of it with some minor repairs. He could easily have just built us a new fence and taken the money but he really worked with us to save us as much as possible. I truly appreciate his integrity and honesty. The other two companies we got estimates from never told us our fence could be saved. John went into great detail of how he could fix our existing problems, move a section of fence, build new gates and made sure that we were completely aware of and satisfied with the work they were going to do. He was VERY conscious of our need to make our fence as dog-safe as possible. He was able to do the work so that none of our old fencing was removed until the new sections were ready to put up - all the remove and replace was done in one day - so that our dogs never had to be without a safe, secure yard. Speaking of which, there was NO debris left behind...no screws or pieces of wood. It was all left very clean and I never had to worry about our dogs getting hold of something they shouldn't. In fact, they were so conscious of our dogs that the dirt they had to dig out was moved to various areas around our fence line, replacing dirt where our neighbor's dogs have tried to dig through. That was a really thoughtful touch and something they didn't need to do but was very appreciated. It was a few weeks after the estimate before they could get to our project but John stayed in touch with us every step of the way, checked in often to give us updates and was on our job site personally to make sure everything was done according to plan. I have never had any company be so conscientious. It was very refreshing to have such a great customer service experience. We could not be more pleased with the end result. Our new gates are ROCK SOLID and are built the right way. Our warped sections have been repaired and are secure and we have no doubt that this fence will last every bit as long as John predicted. We are having it cleaned, stained and sealed in the spring (John even recommended a company for that). I truly wish we had found this company when we originally had our fence built 11 years ago - if we had, we would never have needed to have any repair work done now. You will not go wrong if you hire John and his team.

John Cook was very professional and responsive -- from the initial phone call to the day of install. He coordinated with my landscaper directly to manage a few changes that needed to be made before the install -- and consulted with him as well to ensure the gates would work with the landscaper need. Finally, the fence looks very nice -- he trimmed out the fence nicely, and added some aesthetic details like covering the steel posts. They don't do staining which is required by my POA, so will need to contract that separately.

John was extremely professional the whole time. His communication was excellent and if there were going to be delays, he let me know far in advance. His crew was extremely fast and hard working. The price I paid was exactly what the estimate said it would be;no surprises on the final bill. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with John and I will be using Privacy Fence, Inc. for all fence work on my property for the foreseeable future.

They did work for me last week. They sag and buckle but he fixed it so the doggies don't get out.

After reading so many positive reviews about Mr. Cook and Privacy Fence Inc., we requested he visit our home to provide a quote on how much it would cost to repair/add on to our existing fence. He promptly provided us with a detailed quote, and we found his prices to be very competitive. Furthermore, he gave us a lot of sound advice regarding our project and was enjoyable to work with. He finished the job sooner than expected, and we could not be more pleased with the results. We highly recommend that you use this company if you're looking for a quality product, competitive pricing, and superior craftsmanship.

John (owner) was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I contacted him along with 4 other companies at the beginning of the spring, he was the only one to respond. Not only did he respond that same evening, but he came by the next day and gave me and my neighbors estimates. This worked out well, as he was my 1st choice based on the reviews here. He set clear expectations on when I could expect the fence to go up and delivered a top grade product when the time came. I got home a little early the day it went up and he was out there working right along with his crew to help them finish before the weather turned. A+++++
