At completion of job the price went up from $2,500 to $3,800 it ended up at $3,200 and I bought $400 worth of extra materials on top of that. Good crew, nice job, scope and size did not change. Overall not a bad crew and they stepped up and did it on a Saturday before the big rain.

I am pleased with the outcome, my roof was fixed. I did think the value for the money was a bit excessive. $275.00 for ten minutes work is pretty steep. I was first promised something completely different concerning the work, but that agreement was changed that evening. I was against the weather so agreed to the revised charges. Everyone was nice and polite and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I just thought the charge was excessive in relation to the work done.

Everyone was polite and professional. The estimate was the same as the final invoice. They were neat and orderly through out the process.

I called Nick at Pinnacle Roofing 479-640-0975. He came out to the house to assess the leak. We only wanted an estimate. I wasn't able to meet him at the house. He called me later and let me know there was a few shingles which had come undone and some flashing around a pipe that was letting water in. He had proactively already fixed it at a very fair price! That is perfect customer service! Highly recommended! Thank you Nick!
