Outstanding!!! Called in for service and the responded within 2 hours. Had it repaired in a few minutes which was a blessing as I had surgery and the heat was unbearable! Truly the best HVAC service I have used, and there has been several!

Our AC unit stopped working on Tuesday 7/28 at noon. I called Paschal and a repairman was at the house by 2:30 - very prompt. Our unit was 15 years old and the fact that it went out was not surprising to me. Casey came out to our house on Wednesday 7/29 to give us an estimate on how much a unit would be. He was at our house for about an hour - he was thorough in his assessment of what type of unit we would need. He narrowed it down to 4 options and discussed the pros and cons of each option. I called him on Thursday 7/30 with unit we had chosen. By 7:45 AM on Friday, 7/31 the Paschal installation team was at the house installing the new unit. The installation team could not have been more professional and it was a long day for them - 7:45 AM - 6:00 PM. I love the unit we chose. You can hardly hear it when it is running and the house is so much more comfortable than before. I would chose Paschal again and again.

The AC unit in my crawl space was leaking water everywhere. I emailed Paschals on Sunday requesting an appointment for Wednesday (thinking I would have to wait to get on their schedule). They called Monday morning and sent someone right out. My drain line was severely clogged causing the water to overflow into the crawl space. The technician quickly cleared the line. He also found another problem and gave me instructions on how to fix that. I also asked that another part of the unit be checked because I was worried about mold and that was done. And since I was talking to an expert, I went ahead and asked for any tips he might have because my house gets so dusty. Andrew was kind enough to answer all my questions and help me understand the filtration system in my house. This is what I call good old fashioned service! Above and beyond just cleaning out a drain line!

The whole process was outstanding, from my initial call to the completion of the job. I called for an appointment one morning and a representative met with me in the afternoon. He surveyed the house, both in the attic and under the house to appraise the current status and sketch a draft of the best approach. He was very professional and thorough in his work and possessed excellent relational skills. After his visit, he emailed me a detailed plan offering various options from which to choose. Making my selection, the office staff was most efficient in scheduling and responsive to any questions I had. The installers arrived at the exact scheduled time. They worked throughout the day, and it was exceedingly hot, and completed their work as scheduled. They were very professional in their work ethic, competent, and courteous. They were ready and willing to answer any question that I had about the installation and how the system worked. I couldn't be any happier with the whole process, from my initial call to the completion of the job and follow-up. I would certainly recommend Pascal Heat & Air without reservation. Excellent from beginning to end. My thanks to them!

lOn Friday, June 20 my air conditioning system dropped off severely in output. I celled Paschal, who sent a technician out within two hours. After checking the system and finding a restriction that caused internal pressures to fluctuate, the problem was diagnosed as a plugged expansion valve, which was replaced resulting in no improvement. The problem is beginning to look more complex than it had originally appeared. The technician called his supervisor to get another opinion as many problems can result in these symptoms. After several hours of tests and inspections, it was discovered that insulation had fallen into the electronic air cleaning system and severely restricted air flow. The offending material was removed and problem resolved. The company would accept no compensation beyond the original service call as they said I had been through enough stress and they wanted me to be comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Paschal as there are very few service companies these days that admit mistakes and correct them without exorbitant labor charges.

Everyone from the office personel to the installation crew was friendly and professional. They showed up on time and got the job done in one day and for the amount of the estimate. Our house was built without duckwork and it would have been very difficult and expensive to retro fit it with a conventional heat and air system. We did some research on mini split systems and decided that that was the way to go.We also researched installers in the area that had experience with these systems since they are relitively new to the United States (Europe has been using them for years). Paschal had high customer ratings on both conventional and mini split system installations so we decided on them. They followed up after the system was installed and working to make sure everything was good. We will definatly use them again and I would gladly recommend them to others.

Toby was great he found the problem and explained all my option. The best thing is he didn't pressure me to buy something I did not need like other services in the area do.OUTSTANDING

This geothermal installation will be three years old in July 2015. Since it was installed, the excavated earth has settled and also caused a downward pull on the coolant pipes. Two technicians arrived at my home at the agreed upon time. To make the repair, they removed some additional wood from the band joist to relieve the strain on the pipes. This process created a somewhat unsitely hole on the outside of the house. Because they had been here a previous time to take measurments , they brought with them a metal cover that they fabricated in the shop from galvanized metal. Next they proceeded to spray paint the cover to match my siding color. After recovering the pipes with insulating foam they installed the cover over the entire assembly. After attaching the cover to the house they sealed all gaps with silicone caulking. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area, thanked me , and left for the next job All of the above work was performed at no charge to me under a warranty. This is one of the reasons I rated their price as excellent.

The service is always very thorough and done in a professional and courteous manner. They ensure the same technician (Toby) is sent every time as he is familiar with all aspects of my system. When our previous tech moved a few years ago they assigned Toby and he has been servicing our system ever since. Both techs are excellent, and have no problem discussing any issues with any part of our heat or A/C system with me. I like to ensure that every problem is addressed proactively and the system is kept in tip top shape and they support me in that while ensuring no unnecessary work is done. I have always felt the techs are totally honest with me and never try to "pad" the service with anything not really needed.

UPDATE: The owner contacted me regarding my review. While his response on this site is factually inaccurate, he did refund the charges for the disputed/unauthorized service. As a result I have upgraded my overall rating. In the future I will get all service prices in writing before any work is performed, from ANY provider.

They were very great and excellent. They were very professional not only in their appearance, but they were knowledgeable in what they did. They cleaned up after themselves. They made recommendation that we took advantage of. The house that they repaired is our second home it is going to be our retirement home. We live in Missouri that house is in Arkansas so we can control the heating and cooling in that house from an iphone isn't that great and it is unbelievable. I would use them again as they are my contractor.

They did a good job on the install and were helpful in setting up financing for for us. However, they were supposed to do additional services after the furnace was installed but they didn't follow up. They missed appointments.

I have been using the company for about 2 years. The staff does a good job and shows up when they say they will. They do exactly what they say they will. I do not have to supervise what they are doing. Their scheduling can sometimes be difficult if you have to re schedule at short notice. That may be because they are probably busy around this time of year.

They did a great job. The pricing was very reasonable. The furnace was in the attic through a closet. They had to contract a guy to tear out shelves to get the furnace to where it needed to go and put the shelves back. They were good at explaining everything clearly to me. The staff are very neat in their work and wear booties in the house. They are a good company and I have not heard anything bad about them in the area. I have had no problem contacting them or scheduling them out when I need. They will respond within a few days and are available for emergency calls.

They were able to answer all of my questions promptly and easily. It was a good experience overall and scheduling the service was easy. The pricing was a little higher than the other companies we looked in to.They showed up exactly when they said they would.

I have used the company for about a year and a half. They are very responsive and came out about 2 hours after calling them out. The staff are very friendly and courteous. They are great at explaining everything to us. It is very easy to get in touch with them and schedule a service.

The estimate went well. One technician came out for the job. The biggest concern was that the AC unit was not working. They were not interested in a repair option at all and were only interested in selling me a new unit. The salesman's information seemed true and the pricing seemed right. I just did not like his approach or demeanor. I ended up using another company because of that. I had no issue scheduling them out for the estimate.

I appreciated the extra effort. They did exactly what they said they would and they are easy to schedule out when we need. They have saved us thousands of dollars with their geothermal unit. I would definitely use them again if I needed and have been very pleased with the company. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been using the company for about 3 years. We always get the same technician and he has become familiar without system. They are always prompt and professional. They will not suggest unnecessary services and are reasonable. I have not had an issue scheduling them out when I need.

I have been using them for about 5 years. One technician came out recently and completed the job in about 15-30 minutes. They usually send out the same guy. He is very professional and polite. The staff does a great job and does what they say they will. They are good diagnosing issues and remedying any issues. They always do an excellent job and scheduling is very easy. They came out the day after I called for our most recent service.

We have used the company for about 2 years. We are in the process of going with another company, however. They had missed several things while out to my home over the years. They suggested me get a new heat pump. I thought the pricing was pretty high for what they quoted on that. I decided to do some research and found out that the new heat pump was not necessary. The other company we have contacted suggested this and also quoted a new heat pump at a much lower rate. We felt like they were pushing their technicians to sell additional services we did not need. We were initially impressed with their service because they had caught an issue with our AC that a previous company had not. I just feel like their last 2 visits they have been very pushy in sales. I never had a problem contacting them or scheduling a service with them.
