Description of Work: Replaced the condenser fan motor on our heat pump. The company sent a very diligent technician who worked outside in the evening in extremely cold weather. The work continued after dark and was completed so we were able to have heat in the house that night. Would have marked A for quality except that somehow the motor cover that attaches to the cage was not reattached or found on the ground. Because we did not do a price comparison, we were not sure if the price was consistent with other companies or not.

Description of Work: replaced my geothermal furnace, hot water heater, and geothermal connections. Turns out the existing one was designed to last approx 15 years and mine had been in 25. House couldn't get above 65° during all the cold weather we had. Turns out there were (basically) no heating coils left. Hot water heater (also 25 years old) had just started leaking, too. Paschal replaced it all (even *I* could tell it was all shot.) Major ouch to the pocketbook (I purchased the house in 2013 & *none* of this was caught by inspector), but they told me the furnace should last 20+ years if I take care of it (and let me tell you, it WILL be taken care of!)
