The technician arrived on time and had already given us an estimate and fixed our air conditioning. We were very pleased wit them.

Got a latr night call from my new renter (who also happens to be my son) informing me that the heat in the house ran constantly AND the only air he could feel coming out was in one bathroom. Had recently done much updating on the 25yo house but guess I missed this! Called Paschall as I previously had good experiences with their services. Same day rep came out and gave diagnosis: heat ducts were disintegrated so the heat unit actually was working fine but all that warm air was heating the attic. Got estimate, scheduled work, job completed in timely manner, ready for winter! Well, ready for summer, too, when it's time for AC! Great service, professional work! Gas bill less than half previous...a benefit even in this unusually warm winter.

Overall excellent experience. This company picked up where another company left off and was able to remedy situation. Honored Lennox warranty even though was not started with their company. Experienced, skilled, and knowledgable service personnel. Mike very detailed and expert in his field. Responsive customer service and service manager. Bradley communicated well and went out of his way to resolve our issue. Only wish had begun with this company from the beginning.

Job estimate Nov 10. Installation set for Nov 16. Installers called to let me know they were on the way. It was an all day process, but interrupted my day very little. Cleaned up afterwards and trained me on use of keypad and routine maintainence.

Call was answered pleasently, scheduled the same day, serviceman showed up on time, did exactly what was expected for the price quoted. I've used them several times and have never had a bad experience.

We contacted PASCHAL HEAT, AIR & GEOTHERMAL at 10:30 AM and reported the problem. The technician,Toby, contacted us by phone @ 10:45AM and rang our bell @ 11:00AM. After putting on booties over his shoes, he checked the thermostat then the heating unit and reported the hot surface ignator was defective. He quoted us a price and, within 15 minutes, secured the part from his truck, installed it, and returned the heater to operation. From start to finish Toby was in our home for less than an hour. I used the coupon on Angies list and saved $25. Although the service call ($118.50) and the ignitor ($296.60) seemed expensive, the quick respone on a Sunday morning coupled with the professionalism, courtesy, and timely fix was outstanding.

Service man arrived 2 hours later than original scheduled but he did call to confirm that later arrival was acceptable.

On both visits, the technicians slipped disposable booties onto their shoes before coming into my house, and took them off when going back outside around my a/c unit. My light tan carpets and I appreciated that a lot! Both technicians were very helpful and informative, and when making recommendations for what I needed or didn't, they were both very willing to tell me that certain options are "recommended" but not really necessary as well as willing to tell me that I didn't need certain services that I asked about rather than just signing me up and charging unnecessary labor. They did not appear rushed, did not treat me like an inconvenience in any way, and were downright friendly!

After I spoke with the trouble shooting desk, a repair appointment was made for the very next day. Although the technician was running late due to another job; found out only after recalling the trouble desk, the job was completed in a very short time. The technician was very knowledgable about the overall situation and made the correct problem solving repair. The entire job from start to finnish was no longer than 40 minutes. The technician also tried to check the refrigerant pressure to ensure that the air conditioner would cool at its optimum level but due to the outside ambient temperature exceeding 102 degrees he could not accomplish this task. So as of this time, I am unsure of the refrigerant pressure in my unit. The technician did fail to replace two secureing screws on the inspection plate and they remain missing at this time, Can't find them anywhere. After making several calls to local a/c repair part places and checking out capacitor replacement prices on the internet, I think the cost of the capacitor itself was exceedingly high approx $160.00. The remainder of the bill was for the trouble call/technician itself approx $75.00 which was suitable for thge time he spent on site. So, a side from the cost of the capacitor, I was very pleased with the service I received from this company and was also impressed with the actual technician and his knowledge. I would make recommendations for the use of this company. Oh, and by the way, the finale price I paid was $235.06 after the $25.00 off coupon I received from the Angie's list site.

I spent about $600 on the job. My experience with them was awesome. They were very prompt. They also gave me different options; they did not automatically present the most expensive option. They gave me choices as to which work would benefit in the long run and which would benefit in the short term. They looked out for my best interests. I would use them again in the future.

The work turned out well. They found a part for my air conditioner. It had been discontinued. They were able to get it fixed without having to install a whole new system, which cut down my cost dramatically. I would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

They were good. We had another company come out for a second opinion and the first company was going to sell us a system that was not going to fix the problem.

I thought they were a pretty good company and I was pretty happy with them. I did not end up going with them because of the cost factor.

Every thing done as promised and on time.

My husband and I recently moved into a new home and found out quickly that our air conditioner was not cooling our house down. We were scared to call an air conditioning company because we didn't know who to trust and they could have told us anything and we probably would have believed them, after all, what do we know about hvac equipment? We finally got so miserable we knew we needed to do something so we called Pashcal late on a Friday afternoon. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and a technician called me back within just a few minutes. They got a technician out to our house the very next day, he was very friendly and didn't even mind that my puppy kept jumping on him (he even gave her a good scratch behind the ears before heading back outside.) I liked that he made me feel comfortable and informed me what was wrong with my unit before starting the repairs and gave me a price. He had everything he needed right there with him to fix my unit and within just a few minutes he had my ac pumping out cold air. I was so impressed that I even asked if I could sign up for a maintenance plan before he left. My only regret was that I didn't call Pashcal sooner, we stayed uncomfortable in our own home for months before breaking down and calling. I would highly recommend Paschal to anyone I know who is looking for an honest hvac company to work with! Keep up the good work Paschal!

The whole job went flawlessly from start to finish. We are enjoying the results in climate-controlled comfort - even in our old 1904 house.

When the AC went out last evening, we originally called the company who had installed the unit (this was at 9 pm). They have a 24hr/365day help line. Got a tech who said it was probably a bad capacitor and would take 10 minutes to fix. He said he'd have the secretary call me in the morning to set up an appointment. When she called this morning, she wanted to set us up for a week from tomorrow!!! We called Paschal instead. The secretary was very nice. She set us up for an appointment for today, late afternoon. He got here at 5pm exactly, and it took him 10 minutes to finish the job. The price was a little high for a 10 minute job, but I knew it would be going in (based on internet searches, etc.). Next time I might try changing out the cap myself, but overall I was glad to let him handle the job. My house is now cooling, and we are all happy again!

I called my grand-daughter at 7:00 p.m. because my air conditioner had gone out. She said she'd call people she knew and see if they could get anyone out on a short notice. In the meantime, I called a repair guy who does a lot of different things and he came and looked at my unit and said I'd need a whole new system. When I asked how much, he said around $3,500. Well this really scared me. Then my grand-daughter had Paschal give me a call and they said they'd get someone out first thing in the morning. They did, and the service guy said it was my control board that was burned out and he replaced that. The air worked great for a few hours then went down again. I called and he came right back and was able to tell it was the capacitor that was also bad. He replaced that and the air has worked just great ever since. They didn't even charge me for the second call out. I am so thankful that I didn't have to buy the thing brand new and the Paschal people were so nice to work with. I really like how they treated me.

We went with a different nationally known brand.

Have used this service provider before and have used them on rentals. No problems at all. My unit was so dirty that it should not have worked at all.

Upon request, a technician from this company came to determine why my two year old air conditioning system had quit working. He looked at the outdoor unit, and determined that the fan motor on the condensing unit was out. He contacted my husband to request permission for making the repair and to acquire credit card information. He explained that while the fan motor expense was covered under warranty, the labor would not be covered. Unfortunately, when I arrived home to see the invoice, $350.00 in labor and "service" fees had been charged to my credit card. His entire work time at my home was approximately 40 minutes. I called Paschal Heat and Air to question the charges. I was told by one of their company representatives that this was their "routine procedure" for "warranty" service work. When I expressed that I thought the charges were excessive, again, the company representative would only say that it was their company procedure, and that they had a "book" they used to determine their labor charges for warranty work. I explained to him that I had been married previously to an HVAC/Master Electrician, and that I knew these charges were way out of line. I also explained that it was absurd that this unit was needing this type of work after only two years. The Paschal Heating and Air representative would not give me any other explanation for the massive labor charge, other than to inform me that I should have purchased their 5 year (parts and "LABOR") warranty for an additional amount. I have never felt so ripped off in any of my other business dealings, as I did with this company. Again, this unit was only two years old. They sold the unit to me, and while the part was under warranty, I feel i was excessively overcharged for the service provided. Unfortunately, they simply didn't care at all to stand behind the product "THEY" sold me, by charging reasonable labor and service fees. I let the company representative know that I would share my story, and he told me to have a good day!

I can not even begin to tell you how pleased I am with Paschal Air!!!! They are angels in disguise! If you have a Lennox unit this is the company for you!! We had a unit with a broken electrical board and had already paid 200.00 in service calls from two other air companies that either could not order the part for us, or wanted us to buy a service plan with them and then pay over 1,000 for the part. When Sam, my techncian, came to see the unit (this was after I was spoken to with the UTMOST respect by the man who answered the phone - AND WAS TOLD THEY GIVE FREE SECOND OPINIONS!!!!!) he actually spent the time to test every aspect of the board to ensure it was really broken and not just corroded. He then went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find the correct paperwork to show the unit could still be under warranty! His extra effort saved us so MUCH!!! I am so thankful for his integrity and work ethic. WE WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE AGAIN!! Thank you, PASCHAL and SAM!!!!! :- )Jamee Hefty

The company offered me a service plan and will come back in the fall to check my heating. Overall the prices were quite reasonable and I feel very comfortable having them come back out again to assess the house before winter starts.

I cannot say enough good about Paschal! We had been in our house for six years and had four different heating & air conditioning companies out. We had been suffering through winters with inadequate heat. Each time one of these companies was out, they fiddled with this and that and ended up telling us that the installed unit wasn't big enough to heat our house. This was winter was really bad; we sat in our house freezing for 2 weeks. A guy came out and wanted to replace the whole heating unit and quoted us a very expensive price. He also ordered certain parts which ended up getting back ordered. Then, a good friend of ours said: "Why don't you call Paschal Heating and Air? They're the best." Well, we did, and boy were we happily surprised. The Paschal technician who came out was very thorough, and explained everything he was doing in a way that made sense to us. It was nothing like what the other companies were saying at all. He found out the thermostat wasn't poperly matched to the unit and that only two of the heating strips had been wired up (ever!) instead of the four that were present and required. The coil also needed replacing. Unbelievably, no one else had caught any of this. To save us money, he re-wired the thermostat, instead of purchasing a new one. He also called and found out the coil was still under warranty and got that back to us for less that half the cost (that alone could have been over $2,000). When he finished the repairs and that wonderful, beautiful heat came on - well, you can only imagine how we felt. And when our electric bill came and it was less that it had ever been . . . as I said, I cannot say enough good about them. I will never use anyone else again!
