Punctual, fair price, professional. Installed two new HVAC units at this home.

Lightening blew out our geothermal unit and they replaced it. Over the last 5 yrs we have called them at odd hours with questions, needed supplies, and other parts. They always come through for us and are very positive.

My HVAC system went out. I had called another company that came out and gave me a quote and convinced me to purchase a new unit via "a high-pressure sale" because mine needed a lot of work and it was 18-19 years old. I decided to call Paschal for a second opinion, because I thought it sounded really expensive what I might be getting into with the other company. They came out that night and provided me with a quote for the same type of system (different brand) that the other company offered and it was a $3,000 - $4,000 difference. Then, he proceeded to offer me a high-efficiency model for the same cost that the other company had offered me a standard model (no pressure at all). This past summer, when we had a no rain and high temps, I was saving $30-50 on my energy bill and that was keeping my 1400 sq ft house at 73 degrees. They were awesome during the install, also. They were out on time. They cleaned up. They kept me in the loop. Then, they followed up with me a week or two later to see how things were going...came out to the house to inspect and talk to me. Great, great experience! Thank you!

The air conditioner went out. Since I was a regular customer, they came within about a half hour. He even had about 45 more calls to do. Their service was really good.

They are good. I did have a small issue where they over charged, but they did get it fixed.

I was having the problems with it this summer with it shutting off the air conditioning. They were out here right away every time I have called. They were really good. They were out here and would work on it till it was fixed. Their service was fabulous.

It was a small service call. They were polite. They left a little bit of debris on the ground, but it was a dirt crawlspace. I felt that was within reason. They were a little late in getting here, but not too bad. I think they were pretty good.

Everything went well. The company has a good reputation in the area, and it did a good job with the installation. In fact, the two technicians had everything installed within one day, and they were very respectful when inside the home. Furthermore, when I had a question about the thermostat, they sent a technician out to answer it and explain things.

We are renting a house and one evening discovered the a/c didn't seem to be working. Found Paschal's on Angie's List and called at about 7:15 am the next morning and they had a technician here by 7:45! He promptly found a bad part and replaced it and the unit worked great...until about 4pm, when it failed again! Called again (a bit irate, given that they were just here that morning) and they sent another technician over very promptly. He found that the original part was in fact bad, but there was also blockage around the coils which caused the unit to overheat. He spent a great deal of time cooling the unit down and then cleaning all the inside and out...all on a very hot evening. Then...a few days later we thought we had another issue at around 7pm on a Friday night. Again they came out and checked everything...this time around 10 pm! Mike the technician was extremely professional and thorough...and of course there was no issue with the a/c this time...just my mis-understanding of how to set the controls! So I am very impressed both with their timeliness in responding, but also in their customer service. So glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a/c repair!

They are a pretty righteous outfit. They do what they say they’re going to do. They’re prompt as long as it doesn’t get hot or cold all of a sudden and they get covered up. They are a good company; they aren’t the cheapest and they’re not the most expensive but they’re as dependable as heck.

I discovered our air conditioner was no longer working at about 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. The interior of our house was becoming more and more uncomfortable both in temperature and in humidity levels. Since we are new to the area (and state), I looked on Angie's list to find a reliable HVAC company in northwest Arkansas. I decided to call Paschal because it had so many satisfactory ratings. That is, there were other companies with many A ratings as well, but Paschal had about 45 of them. I read several of the reviews, then called their phone number. The phone was answered by an answering service employee, and the young man on the phone asked several questions so he could inform the technician of my needs. He said the technician would be calling me shortly. I waited about 45 minutes and then called their phone number again to ask if the answering service had spoken with a technician. They said they had just spoken with the technician, as he was in-between jobs, and he would call me within fifteen minutes. Ed the technician called about fifteen minutes later and said he was very busy this afternoon and evening. He offered to set an appointment for tomorrow. I mentioned that the house was so uncomfortable that we would have to spend the night in a hotel unless he came to do repairs today. He said he would see what he could do, and he promised to call back after his next service call. About 30 minutes later he called and said he was on his way to our house. I was amazed at how quickly he had finished and was thrilled to hear that he would be here soon. Ed arrived when he said he would. We introduced ourselves and shook hands. He was very friendly. I told him where the unit was located, so he went to look at it. My rose bushes were a tad overgrown and were blocking some of the unit. Although he insisted on cutting them back for me, I got my pruning shears out and cut the offending branches off. It turned out that the fuse had blown for the air conditioner, and although the fan had been running, the air had actually been off. He did not know why the fuse had blown, but he said it was probably due to our horribly high temperatures. He cleaned the condenser unit, added a little freon since it was on the lower side, and then turned it on. It immediately started pulling the humidity out of the house. The total came to just over $200, but on a weekend evening I believe that was a fair price to pay. He was very helpful and professional, and I recommend Ed at Paschal to anyone in the area. We are so pleased with the company that we will use them in the fall to tune-up our air and heating systems.

Paschal was very professional. Their sales team did an excellent job outlining the various options and they provided a clear estimate of the costs. While they were one of the more expensive bids I still felt better about their experience and willingness to stand behind their products and their work. The three technicians arrived on time, did an excellent job making sure they did not soil carpets or scratch woodwork etc when they removed old units and brought in new units. They worked into the evening to complete the job without complaining. I am pleased with their work and believe they did an excellent job at installing our new HVAC systems in our house. I would recommend them to others! the units they have installed are working exactly as they said they would. We bought a two stage compressor and variable speed heading unit and the temperature in the house and the humidity level has stayed right at the desired settings. The new units are quite and I look forward to seeing if they result in the 40-50%savings in our electric bill that this new system is supposed to provide.

Overall they were great. They are more expensive than some but both of the guys who came to my home were great

I wanted a service and it turned out that it needed repair as well. The extra charges get scary but this company has done a good job over the years. One year they suggested I put in switches that turn off the AC if the drainage backs up. This was a great idea! I don't have to worry about clogs and overflows.

We had a lot of verbal agreements. He could have easily come back later and denied, but he didn’t do that. He was totally honest and was a really good guy.

It was good, the unit they put in is bigger than the last unit they put in. There are some restraints in the closet that they put it in, it was a little bit more effort, but they made it fit and it fits well. They just seem to be very qualified. Tony Purdy has been coming out for the last several years taking care of our last unit. He even showed up on a Holiday to help us out and didn't even charge us very much. Everything is just so high, I don't think they gouge it's just high. They did show up a little later than expected this last time.

They are not really expensive but not cheap either. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

A/C were working fine, but I had Bud Anderson do a checkup on it. Bud Anderson recommended complete replacement of all 3 units. Pascal oferred a free second opinion. Paschal said my stuff is 12 years old and needs to be replaced at some point, but were happy to add some R22. Ssytem is working fine, and I'll replace when it dies.I have a feeling they extended my systems like a few more years...thanks!

They were 15 minutes early and were great. Respectful. They finished at 3 and I was told could be as much as finished as until 4:30. I was very happy. They cleaned up and no problems.

The crew showed up on time and explained exactly what they intended to do. They asked how late they could work since it was a very large job and I was agreeable to allowing them to work as long as it took to complete the entire installation. The crew worked extremely hard, called for additional help when needed and left a clean job site. In addition they completed work that was not in the original bid at no additional charge. Completion of the job took almost 15 hours! They were very polite and professional at all times.

Very good. I recommend Paschal to anyone that needs heating and air work. A+!

Called them at 8pm. They came out the next day working around my schedule. Found the problem and fixed it! Should have called them the first time around!

They best way to describe them is that they are very professional and knowledgeable. The price was not cheap. I would say the price was above average, but I think you get what you pay for. They were responsive and punctual.
