Very professional start to finish. Casey arrived to give us an estimate to remove and replace our existing heat pump. He spent about an hour to clearly explain the differences in the different models and how they worked. At no time did he try to "sell" us -- just explained the differences. We chose three models for estimates. He went out to his car and worked up the estimates within minutes! On the day of the installation, the workers arrived a little late, but called to let us know they were running behind. The installation went without a hitch. They stayed late -- until about 7:30 that evening -- to get everything done in one day! My husband inspected it a few days later and noticed a couple of small issues (a hanging electrical cord, insulation not covering the ductwork, drain pipe replaced). They were out the very next day and fixed all the problems! We love our new system and highly recommend Paschal's!

Very courteous through the bidding process and persistent toward getting my business without being overbearing. Their knowledge and skill was very evident in their work and their manner of work was very impressive. They answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns. Even with the recurring problem that is now resolved I am very impressed with their sales and service departments, and totally satisfied with my choice of providers. They are always prompt, courteous, take time to explain what they found and what they did, and they are respectful of our home and property when they are here. Both service calls were without charge under warranty. The units we had installed have been serving during the extremes of cold and heat to our complete satisfaction.

The first contact was with a sales staffer who did a great job of explaining my options and writing a detailed quote. The actual installation went very smoothly, and the crew did a good job of cleaning up behind themselves. I'm impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the whole Paschals' team. They even helped reschedule a city-required inspection of the work completed.

Old unit was beyond repair. Representative came out, went over options, gave serveral different ways to replace and information crew came 5/3/2013 and installed plus did more because of safety.

Casey was great to work with. We went thru several iterations of the scope of work. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Out of the 3 companies we had estimate the job, they were the highest but were the most professional. My biggest complaint is that it took almost 1 1/2 days to complete the job when the original estimate called for only 1 day to complete. However, they did have to build a new plenum for the upstairs and we did have some rain outside during part of the day. The job looks very good, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we knew how to operate the new equipment to maximize it's performance and minimize our cost to operate.

Date of service is to the best of my recollection. The central air went out during the worst heat wave of summer 2012. I called Paschal heating and air service. They were swamped with dozens of call of the same nature. They had me on their schedule for two days later. The technician: was early showed me the damaged part replaced explained the purpose of damaged part was courteous and professional. The air conditioner started up right away. The sense of relief cannot be measured. My memory is not clear on the charges - less than $200.00, but I do recall thinking how reasonable the cost to live in my home again.

These guys ROCK!!!! Paschal was under a time constraint and worked for me (a very demanding new homeowner). All expectations were exceeded. Would highly recommend to anyone. I had their team swarming my house. They brought the job in on time and within budget as agreed upon. All of their staff was highly knowledgeable, punctual, professional in dress and trustworthy ...not to mention owned by Razorback alumni (baseball guys)...HIRE THESE GUYS THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every step of the process, from initial sales person contact to bid to install and through post-install concerns, was handled with professionalism, courtesy, timeliness, and complete concern for our best interests and their best performance. It was an entirely satisfactory experience and we couldn't be more pleased. All the research we did prior to choosing a company for this project indicated that it was very important to choose a quality installer, perhaps even more important than choosing a brand of equipment. We choose Paschal's because of it's good reputation and good reviews and not least because of the professionalism and presence of the sales representative who called on us. We also choose Paschal's because they sell Trane HVAC systems which in our research were highly rated. We couldn't be more pleased.

There was not a big enough opening for the vent. They put in a great big vent. Nobody else had even tried to attempt to do it. I can breath better because of the filter they put in.

I called them, they came out and gave me an estimate. They were low, they installed it when they said they would, & did a good job.

The installation crew arrived 8:30 a.m. work proceeded smoothly. There was much equipment to be torn out as well. They completed the work continued until seven or eight p.m. We disconvered a technical issue and a service man came back and fixed it from 8 to 9 p.m. A+

Well there is a problem, but they couldn't find it.

Quick analysis. Quick range of estimates. Patch heating for two days until new units on hand. Prompt, neat, thorough installation and check-up.

They were scheduled to start on 12/16 at 8:30AM. They called that morning and said they would have to re-schedule for 12/17 as the furnace had not arrived. On the 17th, two men came at 8:30AM and worked consistently until 9PM installing the furnace in the crawl space, the heat pump and coil and the thermostat. After installing the thermostat, they thoroughly gave us instructions on how to use it and answered all questions very patiently. They were extremely mannerly, patient, professional, and wore foot booties before entering the the house each time. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. After using the furnace for one night, we were not happy with the cold air blowing for so long before the heat kicked in. We called on the 18th to ask if there was anything that could be done. One of the men who installed the unit suggested a different thermostat with a sensor on the outside. Another man came within an hour to install a different digital thermostat and again gave us thorough instructions. Again, he was mannerly, professional and very pleasant and told us to be sure and call with any other problems or questions. I would recommend them to everyone and will continue to let them do the servicing.

Called the main office and had a very polite and friendly young lady answer the phone. I must say that it was some of the best customer service I have ever received. Although we did not have an emergency, she informed me they could have a tech at the house at 9:00 the next morning. She told me that he would call a half hour before to verify the appointment and let us know he was on his way. At exactly 8:30 the next morning, my wife received a call from Eddie, our technician. He let her know that we was about 15 minutes away and asked if it was okay to come by a few minutes early. I mean, who does that? My wife said he was very nice, very professional and took care of our maintenance service in no time. She told him that our unit was old and that other HVAC companies had been telling us for years that it needed to be replaced. He tested ours and said it was working great. Obviously the "other guys" were just trying to sell us a new one. Could not be happier with Paschal. Would highly recommend them.

Company responds when called, schedules a time and shows up at the agreed time. Employees are courteous and professional. I highly recommend this firm...
