New belt drive not as strong as old chain drive. Door stops about one inch above concrete floor. Some of this due to settling on north end but unexplained on south end.

Really well. The knowledgeable tech showed up on time and got the repair completed quickly with no drama. The bill matched the price quoted over the phone. They were also able to respond the next day after my phone call. I would definately use them again.

They did the warranty work. We bought the door from them and it was one month beyond our 1-year warranty. The serviceman who came to do the actual work was great.

The first time the technician arrived, he had the wrong garage door opener because my door is taller than the standard height, but he returned the next day, removed the old installed, and installed a new one. The installation was professional. The price was exactly as quoted.

They was fast and quick. They got my door to open again within 20 minutes. They also went extra mile and oiled the sides. I called on the19th at 3pm and it was fixed by 12:30pm next day. good price for the work they did.

One of my door springs had snapped so my door wouldn't open without extra help. I called Overhead Door just after they opened; while they said they had a full schedule already, they explained they would try to fit me in. They called just after lunch to confirm the installer was on his way. When the installer arrived, he asked if I wanted both springs replaced. He explained that they are designed to last 10 years and the other spring had been replaced in the past. After thinking it over and understanding the difference in price, I decided to replace both that day ($45 difference). He performed the job and lubricated all the hinges and such. Lastly, he informed me of ways to keep my garage door functioning well. He was helpful with answering my questions as well. I was completely satisfied with my experience with Overhead Door.

We got a fabulous response time from our inquiry, the technician was on time, professional, and got straight to work repairing the garage door in no time. I was extremely happy with the quality of work and the fair pricing. We did have an issue where the door slipped about a week later, we placed a call and they sent out a tech and resolved it for free. I greatly appreciate the professional work provided by this company.

It was a very hot day and they were so nice to come out. They were very good and I was very pleased. It was towards the end of the day and they had several places they had to go. They knew what they were doing and it was a very good experience.

The installers were OUTSTANDING! They were in and out in a little over 2 hours. They were expert! They hauled off the old door and the old tracks and cleaned up all their mess (which wasn't much!) Getting the front office to be responsive was quite a challenge! I had to call four different times to check on the install date and delivery of my door. Each time I was placed on hold for more than 7 minutes (without even music on hold!) but in each case I could not wait. I called the fifth time and asked for the manager. She profusely apologized as they were training a new customer service young lady and was extremely sorry this happened to us. We understand it's tough to train new people but at the least the new young lady should have come back to me after two minutes, taken my number and ask if they could call me back with the information. Overall, they were very nice people with whom to work and we would hire them again.

I called another well and frequently reviewed company listed here, left a message and got zero response. I called Overhead Door and my call was answered immediatley. The lady said she would let me know if they could come out today, if not we could definitely schedule a visit tomorrow. Two hours later she called back and said their guy could be at my house in 20 minutes. I met him there and he got right to work and in less than 1 hour he was done. Before leaving the technician lubricated the entire door and gave it a safety check. He also gave me several maintenance and operation tips befroe leaving. Overall, a very good experience. Do not hestiate to call Overhead Doors.

Ordering was easy and the service professional. Installation was done quickly and efficiectly and the crew arrived on time. They were very professional. Getting the installation set up was laborious however. The young woman who manages this was quite unprofessional and would leave me a message on my home phone that they would be arriving on a day I did not have an appointment and was not going to be home. I would luckily catch this and was able to tell her we would not be home. On the first try at this I tried to set up an appointment for the next Wednesday when I could be home. She said she would note this. However, every working day after this I received the same phone call. On the Wednesday I had tried to schedule I actually called at 8am and got the owner. He scheduled me for first thing that day and all went quite smoothly. This would have been all 5's except for their crazy unprofessional way of scheduling their installations. This would be easy to fix and I suggest they do. I would not recommend them to anyone I knew was impatient. The tried me and I am an extremely patient person.

They came on the day I requested. The only issue with the schedule was at first they couldn't give me an approximate time for work. After waiting a couple of hours on the service day, I called and they worked around my schedule and when I couldn't get home until after 4pm, they made sure to be there then. The guys that came to fix the garage worked fast and were very knowledgeable! I would use them again.

I don't recall the exact price but it was affordable. We had a broken garage spring which made is very hard to open the HEAVY wood double door. The owner came out fast and talked us through our options. We decided just to replace the spring. It was done the next business day.

I called around 11 a.m. after I couldn't get the garage door to open and realized the sonic boom I'd heard the night before must have been the spring when it broke. They were able to send a someone out that afternoon (2 p.m.) to replace the spring. He also lubricated the garage door track so it doesn't squeak when opening and closing anymore. I am thrilled with the response time (I had to leave by 4:30 p.m. that day to teach a class). Their office staff was excellent at explaining the process: they called before the service person came out to make sure that was a good time for me - even though I'd just talked to them on the phone less than 3 hours earlier, they let me know approximately how much it would cost (trip charge and materials) and that I should pay the service person when he was finished. Their service person was professional (friendly but to the point - not too chit-chatty) and didn't dilly dally around wasting time. And I have to say, my garage door opens more quietly now than it did the day it was first installed. Great service!

Called when i discovered that the spring for the garage door had broken. They scheduled me for the next day and showed up on time. They were quick to assess the situation and get the spring replaced quickly. Would call them again when i need garage door help.
