Description of Work: Our initial experience was good until it came time to install. Holes for faucets were drilled incorrectly, incorrect sinks were installed, and they came out 3 different times to correct seams, and sloppy seam placement. I watched the repairmen attempt to cover a seam on my chocolate quartz with a black sharpie. While I wish I could give a better review, as I feel they tried to correct the issues...once the install began it was one problem after another. I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending them to someone.

There were a few things I wasn't too happy about. The side of my cabinet was tore up a bit taking off the old counter top. Now we have to figure out how to fix that. One of the other things is the gap between the dishwasher and the counter top. That board came off with the old top. The other thing is the back splash behind the sink is not even with the other two sides. It sits up a little higher. The larger problem is that we asked about a 4and quot; back splash and then tile the rest of the way up to the bottom of the upper cabinets. When they came to measure they didn't tell us that the 4and quot; back splash would cover up the bottom part of the outlets and the light switches. Also I think the installer should have caught this. I guess they assumed we knew what we were doing. I stayed out of the way like we were asked to do in the contract. When the installer came to get me and told me they were almost done. We went into the kitchen and I saw it almost immediately. I was told that I could just cut off the bottom of the covers. (Now that will look real nice with the new counter tops and back splash.) So now we are at a stand still until we find someone to raise up all the electrical boxes. Then someone to fix the dry wall. I believe they should have told us of this potential problem. After all I do believe they are suppose to be the professionals. One other problem is they didn't remove a piece of the old back splash and it goes down behind the 4and quot; one they installed. Maybe they didn't remove it because it was partially behind a light switch. However, they did come out and fix two small problems with the seams. Recently I found out my neighbor is using this same company. He came over and asked me about them. I told him about my experience. Most of the things are small things and can be fixed. He told me the guy that came out and measured their kitchen did tell him that they couldn't put a 4and quot; back splash in because it would cover the bottom of the outlets and switches, but he said they could put in a 31/2and quot; one. My counter tops ARE beautiful. It's just the fact I have to put the rest of my kitchen on hold until we can get the electrical and drywall problem fixed. At the top of this review says this is ceramic tile. My counter tops are Quartz.
