Janeth's company is the best I have ever worked with. Her ladies arrive on time each week, bring their own supplies, thoroughly clean the house and leave with a smile. They have cleaned their way through 4 months of constant construction without complaining about the extra dust or the inconvenience of plastic sheeting. Most cleaning company's quality drops dramatically after the first few months; not so with Multiklean. In fact, rather than doing just the minimum for a weekly cleaning they have the house on a rotating schedule so that each week some sort of deep-cleaning job gets done (i.e. getting a ladder and wiping down chandeliers; pulling all the furniture out from the wall to clean the baseboard and vacuum the carpet). I expect to be a loyal client for many years.

The cleaning staff was very friendly and did a good job. However, even to load and unload the dishwasher is an extra charge. They didn't charge me the first time, but going forward it would be. I was already paying 48% more for this service than I have in the past, so it was a stretch for me to swallow the cost. I had to leave cash. If I wrote a check, it was more money. Very friendly people, but just extremely costly for the job offered.

Why did I not do this sooner!? Excellent service. Janeth, the person in charge (owner?) promptly answered my inquiry, gave me a detailed description of everything they would do, and gave me a ballpark cost. She continued to stay in touch with me up to the day the cleaning was suppose to take place. They arrived on time, did a FABULOUS job and was within 10 dollars of her ballpark estimate. The staff was very pleasant and I enjoyed being around them. My floors have never looked this nice including the day we moved in!!!

Marvelous! I have been a customer for a year now, and am VERY satisfied with service, and value of service. They are prompt, efficient, professional. MultiKlean is flexible, and work with me when i have company, and need to change standing cleaning dates. :)

I contacted Multi-Klean to do a light cleaning in the kitchen and lower level of our house. I was informed that the estimate would be $90. This appeared to be a fair price for the work to be done. The first issue we had was that of time. They wanted to come at 2:30 in the afternoon which was a minor conflict with our schedule and I was informed that would be the only time they were available. Two ladies appeared at our house at approximately 1:30. They soon began working on the designated areas of the house and their supervisor, do not recall the name, arrived at about 2 o'clock to look at the work they had done and to discuss with me about future cleaning. She informed me that the house needed a complete cleaning which would include all three floors. I informed the supervisor that we had a cleaning person who was ill and that all I needed at that time was a light general cleaning. The ladies completed their cleaning and I was presented with a bill for $145.00 after Angie's List discount coupon. Being satisfied with the work I arrange for them to return the next week. Allow me to preface this next statement by saying normally when someone is hired they are hired at the pleasure of the employer, at least this is what I understand that being a retired business owner. However with this company that is not the case and this is where the problem began. Due to our schedule we asked them if they could come the next week at the same time approximately1:30. We had out-of-town guests and our schedule was full. They came at the appointed time and asked about cleaning the next week. We were agreeable to this but for some reason could not coordinate the time that was convenient for Multi-Klean. We discussed this on the phone at some length and I was informed that they could come only at 3:30 and when I tried to explain this to the manager she informed me that that was not possible and perhaps we could leave the house unlocked. Naturally that was not acceptable and when I advised her that it was not acceptable she then told me that we were extremely difficult to work with and therefore they would have to terminate their cleaning services. In conjunction to this termination of cleaning I was informed that since this was not the regular day to be in our area they would have to make a special trip and therefore that would cost an additional $45. None of this was acceptable to us and I cannot believe that they would terminate service because we were too difficult to work with as far as time is concerned. In other words it did not fit into their schedule so therefore we had to either change or alter our schedule to meet theirs. I have no complaints about the cleaning and we were prepared to have them do a complete thorough cleaning of the house when this difficulty arose. The only complaints I have is difficulty with the supervisor and requiring us to change our schedules to meet theirs. Because of their attitude there is no way I would ever contact them again!

I use them once every two weeks. They are dependable and easy to work with. They feedback well. The only thing that would be a negative is the smell, what I mean is that they are clean, but it does not smell clean. So, I am addressing that. They do what I ask them to do. They take directions very well. I do not have any major complaints at all.

We engaged MultiKlean to explore their services with an intent of doing it on a bi- weekly basis. The initial conversation was real good and they seemed to be very accommodating and nice to talk to. However when they actually performed the work my opinion was exactly opposite. The cleaning was lousy. Dusting was not complete. The overall job was done in hurry. We were also charged extra for doing beds...which was not told earlier. Obviously we did not engage them any further. I personally would not recommend them. It's still puzzling for me though that although i picked the best rated services from Angie's List, my experience has been quite the opposite.

Went really well, Janeth is very proactive in communication, pricing was clear. Showed up on time, did an excellent job!

They were on prompt, and worked very hard. My parents were very pleased with the results. I will be using Multiklean in the future.

From the time we called, she has been very pleasant. We have used her services three times, and will again next week. She is very thorough, and always communicates with us as to what services we need She is always on time. She is very experienced, and always ask if the level of service she has provided is satisfactory. We will continue to us her for these services.

I highly recommend this company. They showed up in clean uniforms, with their own cleaning supplies and tools. They worked h****** every room and never slacked off. They asked how I would like certain things done, but they have a system and it works. I am happy to come home to my nice shiny clean house after work now, without having to do more work before I can even cook dinner. Thanks Multi-Klean!!!

They did a great job from the time they arrived until the time they left. They even did a follow-up to make sure I was satisfied.

The ladies were very prompt, polite and efficient, although language good be a problem.

Multi-Klean did and excellent job of cleaning my home. They sent a representative to my home, then gave an estimate for the first time time cleaning, and then a weekly fee. I agreed, and Janeth, their representative contacted me and we arranged a time. Windows were cleaned, cabinets were washed, sinks, toilets, and tubs were "de-limed!" Multi-Klean's service was worth every penny. We are now beginning a weekly service. I predict a long, and satisfying relationship!Fleaned

I love them. I like the fact that they are insured and bonded. The service is prompt. They are very well-organized. It isn't some lady who comes out to clean houses every time; it's an actual business. We have been using them for about a month and a half.

You just have to say what you want done at least 5 times so you can make sure the owner understands what you want. There is a little bit of a language barrier, but not bad. Once they have a clear outline of what you want done, they execute their plan flawlessly and efficiently :) Expect at least two workers to show up on a Medium (or larger) job, and they charge $30 per hour per person I believe, which is pretty reasonable for their level of detail/quality and speed combination :)
