Multi-Klean Residential and Commercial Services

Upon hiring, the company rep told me the crew were forbidden to move a ladder. Crew did not bring a ladder. Without a ladder and another to move it, a crew cannot properly clean home light fixtures, top of appliances, top of door trim, top of upper cabinet's and similar high places. After the crew left, we found a lack of cleanliness in all of the above and a closet floor with numerous dead bugs clearly visible around the edges. Had I been unable to speak Spanish, communicating issues to the crew would have been very difficult at best. The company should have provided proper tools to do the entire job, without my help, and made sure the work was properly performed. I gave the company a good rating immediately after the service, but before we found all the issues with their work. Customers should take time to closely inspect the work after the crew departs and rate them accordingly. I would you never use them again.

It went fantastic.....I would definitely hire these 2 ladies again. They were a joy to have in my home and worked very hard to get it all done. Worked for 6 hours.

I was not pleased with the job that was done. The light fixtures were not clean, there was still a greasy film on the backsplash above the stove top and on some of the cabinet doors. I called Janeth and asked her to come check the house and see what she thought. She came right over and agreed that the job had not been completed properly. She then sent 2 people the next day to redo the job. It did cost me a 2nd day before we could start moving into the house, but, the job was then done as desired.

My only complaint is that the price of the service was not very well explained. I was told one price, and when all was said and done, it was a different price. Then a travel fee was tacked on of $25.00 which was never mentioned from the beginning. I have never heard of this! Janet did remove travel fee saying not telling me was her mistake. I never heard of a cleaning service charging a travel fee. Please make sure you get complete fee laid out ahead of time. Three ladies were here for an hour and a half. Very nice ladies and easy to work with and talk to.

Highly trained and capable cleaning teams. Flexible and easy to work with on special requests. Good communication with Judith is essential! Be specific about what you want cleaned and how and this company will take care of it. Point out "dust bunnies" or dust on chandeliers for bi-weekly visits or they might overlook it. These workers come in uniform; an automobile that has their logo on it; they are bonded: and I have not seen any "turnover" in cleaning staff since they began this year.

I can count on them to get the job done as quickly as possible and as completely as needed. We have had other cleaners in the past, but Janeth and her crew exceeded our highest expectations!

Janeth and her crew did an excellent job. You would never even know we had had construction done. The guest bath that we had renovated about 1 1/2 years ago looked better than it ever had. Every surface in the house sparkled. Even the Windows sparkled. I had hired her for a one time clean up, but my husband was so impressed we decided ti stick with her on a biweekly basis. Her prices are more than fair and to forget to check Yelp for coupons.

A++ experience. Janeth was quick to respond to my initial request and followed up prior to and after cleaning services were completed. Two ladies performed all the work on our fairly large two-story home. They were prompt (arrived 15 min. early), friendly, and absolutely thorough. I never could have made that house as perfectly move-in ready as they did! I highly recommend Multi-Klean as they are detailed, professional, and competitively priced.

Team of three cleaned my one-story house in about 3 hours.

This rental unit was totally trashed. Carpets, floors, bathrooms, and garage were filthy. Multi-Klean and their crews did a thorough job. It looked like a completely different house when they were done. It would have taken us a week to do what they perfomed in the matter of few hours. They even cleaned the windows, blinds, ceiling fans, cabinets, and closet shelves. Things that many forget to do or ignore. We were very pleased

Janet and her crew did an excellent and expert job of getting our recently sold home ready for the new owners to move in. They were meticulous in making sure no detail was overlooked. They did a great job. Our house is sparkling clean! There were 3 ladies and they were here for 2 hours. We're very happy with the job they did.

I have been using the company for almost 1 year. When they clean the downstairs only 2 cleaners come out and when they do both the upstairs and downstairs 3-4 cleaners come out. They clean the downstairs only every 2 weeks and then both during the alternate visit. The cleaners are friendly. I have sometimes not even been home while they are out. They use their own cleaning products but use our central vac. They will text me the day before coming to let me know they will be out and are very flexible with scheduling.

Brenda and Raquel did a marvelous job of cleaning this rental property from top to bottom. Anyone who has rental property knows what state the property can be like in between tenants. I will hire them again.

They cleaned and dusted from floor to ceiling and everything in between. They arrived when they said they would and they were very quick and professional. They dusted and polished my furniture, dusted and cleaned light fixtures, mirrors, wall hangings, picture frames, shower doors, baseboards, dusted and cleaned the windows and blinds, bathroom and kitchen sparkle and the house feels so clean and fresh! I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would truly use them again!

They do a good job. They do have trouble with time estimation. They will say they are coming between 10-12 and they will show up at 9. I get a big conversation when I ask them about it. We can't really rely on their sense of punctuality. If they say 10-12 it could be 8-12. We've checked around and their price is competitive. They text but the communication is pretty poor. The lady who runs it doesn't have a good command of English. It is very hard to understand and she has difficulty understanding us so it can be frustrating. The work is really good.

The light fixtures, floors, everything sparkled by the time they finished and they worked so fast! The staff is very friendly and professional. They are great communicators also. I am now a regular customer.

Very professional and courteous. My house has never been this clean. This is my 3rd cleaning service and they are by far the best. Apparently the others had skipped numerous detailing. Very thorough. I'm amazed, definately would recommend them. If you are looking for a service, call them!

I cannot speak highly enough of the folks at Multi-Klean. I recently moved immediately before traveling, and then returned to the start of a busy graduate level semester, and didn't have any time to settle my new home. Boxes everywhere, everything disorganized, it was miserable. The ladies came in and worked their magic, and I returned from school and a long day to my new home, which suddenly and dramatically felt like a real home after their all their hard work! I walked around looking in each well organized, neat, clean room gasping with delight. It is beautiful! I had told them I literally don't have time to settle my home and asked them to just put everything where they thought it should go, and do whatever cleaning they could in the time they had, and they went above and beyond my expectations. A real lifesaver - now I can concentrate on school and enjoy my new home. I am extremely pleased! I have used Multi-Klean a few times in the past, and they have done a great job every time. They are very reliable and well prepared. Thank you to all the folks at Multi-Klean! My place looks absolutely fabulous! You really are fairy god-mothers in human form!
