They did an excellent job!

Response time was next day--they scheduled us for 2 p.m. but called that morning to say they could come earlier if convenient. Technician was knowledgeable and professional and completed all repairs within two hours. Exact cost for repairs was provided in advance of work and everything went as promised--no surprises, no hidden charges and the price seemed reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

We called these for estimate, expected us to pay the service call. No other big electrical companies charged service call. Then took 45 min and gave 300% higher than all other big electrical companies in the town. We never try to attempt these guys, rip off.

He showed up right on time. Quickly was able to assess the issue with the lite in the kitchen. The installation was very quick and everything has worked great since.

They were awesome. They were great. They did things that we did not ask. They noticed things that we would have never noticed that needed to be corrected and stuff like that. We will absolutely use them in the future.

He is extremely prompt and very professional. I am very picky about letting people in my home because I am a widow. I will pay more to know that people do background checks on their employees.

He came in the house, and I asked him how much the project was going to cost. He took my husband outside to explain things, and then came back in to show us a worksheet he had. In the end he wanted over $11,000 to fix the issue. I had a second electrician come to look at the situation. He examined our service panel, and discovered a lose fuse/breaker. He was nice enough to fix the issue rather quickly and easily; as well as inform us that we did not need $11,000 worth of work. I did not feel as though the estimate by Mister Sparky was reasonable, and after getting a second opinion, I felt it was also unfair.

They have an easy process, and even have a picture system to make it easier. You know exactly what you will pay up front. They show up an hour from when they call.

They came when they were scheduled and stayed till they got it done. Their price was comparable to everybody else.

.They are really good. They may be a little bit more expensive but they are very prompt on time and professional. The employees are really clean cut and they are a bit more then I wanted to spend but they were good.

He was really good. They were here the next day and were able to install our ceiling fans. They didn't try to push us into other stuff. When AT&T came and installed our internet, they went through the attic and messed up the electrical. He came out the next day and fixed their mistake free of charge.

I can’t say that I would particularly recommend him because he always finds a lot of work that needs to be done. He told me that there were a few electrical fittings in the house that needed to be replaced that really weren’t that old. Other than what he did on the breaker box, I wasn’t impressed with him. I also wasn’t too impressed with the way a new thermostat was installed prior to this job. I would probably use them only if I had an emergency, just because I don’t know anybody else.

Arrived when they said they would to install fixtures. Asked about preferred placement. Cleaned up all areas.

They did an inspection of the electrical, checked the panel and explained what needed to be done and the cost first. They were friendly (2 workers), they split the duties and did it very quickly. The only downside is one light switch repair left plaster on the floor, and they didn't ask for a broom. But that's the only issue.
