+ -1 moreVery nice people to deal with, a family operation, including the lady who answers the phone. She is also very knowledgable. They were on time & fixed it promptly. Actually I thought I had a much bigger problem than just the loose caps (from the freezing cold we had been having) The only issue I have is that I am far enough away that I have to pay a mileage charge. Very understandable considering the high price of gasoline. Not complaining about that, just wish they were closer! I really don't remember the exact cost, but it was a service call plus the mileage (about 35 miles)
Description of Work: Recapped 2 pipes that had loosened.

+ -1 moreI have had several jobs done by Bill. This last time he was kind enough to wait for me as I was running late to meet him - a terrible no-no when dealing with plumbers. Even after 15 minutes, he remained cheery and kind when I arrived. PS I don't recommend making a habit of running late to meet contractors.
Description of Work: Bill has been performing services on my home and rental for several years. I generally do some of the light work and let him take over where I lack expertise; he is always very accommodating with this arrangement. He is good about describing the problem in detail, explaining the remedy, and describing preventives to avoid future recurrences. This is a small personable outfit - just Billy and his apprentice. So I know who I am dealing with each time. Just how I like it.
