The tile jobs (four rooms) were good except one room. However, I did not make a complaint about it. The carpet is another story. After about 1800 months my carpet began to stretch and have wrinkles. I called this company and they said they would send the installer out to "re-stretch" and seemed to blame it on them. The installer came out at his own expense. He said the carpet was cheap and would wrinkle again. It did. All over the house, and it also had wear spots like it was over 10 years old. My wife and I determined to replace the carpet but went back to this company to talk about warranty. They said since I had not had it cleaned every 18 months by a professional the manufactures warrant is voided. Didn't matter that the wrinkles happened around 18 months and that the carpet was less then two years old. They would not even give me a discount on new carpet. I went back later, after getting a reputable company to put in new carpet, and tried to settle out of court. They had no interest. Guess they think a very high percentage will not bother to file. I'm filing civil action soon for the price of the carpet and install, less the pad since it was reusable.

They did a good job. I've been very pleased with them. They do an excellent job. They did what they said they will do.
