LOWE'S

My experience was very good. They did a good job. I did not really have high expectations. I knew they would do a good job because of things I have heard. The one thing they were good about was the cleanup afterwards. Everything was left clean. They were on time. They took care of everything that needed to be done in the bathroom. We were having other things also done besides countertops. They all flowed together real well because there were different people coming and going doing different things.

Initial ordering process was as expected. Salesman was helpful friendly, came out to measure when he said he would. We did the demo of the old cabinets ourselves. Cabinets arrived on schedule, slight mix-up with the delivery but was not Lowes fault. 3rd party delivery service. Cabinet installation, countertop and plumbing was done by Lowe's contractors not Lowes employees. However contact at Lowe's Installed sales was very affable and continued to be a helpful go between throughout the process. Cabinet installer was a local man, who was, well I hesitate to say slow, but he took longer than WE thought it should to finish, but he was very thorough and did a great job. New Century Countertops and Tile did the quartz countertop and they are EXCELLENT! Cannot say enough good things about them. I don't even know who the plumber was, he was in and out of here so quickly I didn't even get his card. All in all VERY satisfied with Lowes, staff and the quality of the materials we purchased. Ordering parts and pieces was somewhat of a hassle, different departments handle different items. And the entire process took much longer than we anticipated, but have learned this is pretty much normal in a remodel situation.

Lowe's was wonderful. The guys are great. They were on time and there were no problems whatsoever.

We got our estimate the very same day we went to the store to ask about fencing. Within a couple of days, J.R. the builder came out and walked the fenceline and talked with us about how he would build it and what we wanted, etc. There was some miscommunication with the store about the contract and payment arrangements so the installation was postponed from Friday til the next Monday. They got started early Monday morning and by afternoon had everything taken down and they started drilling holes for the posts and hit the water line. Our house was built in the 1960s and the water was run down the fence line, which seemed an odd place to put it. We had no way of knowing it was there. I felt really bad for them because it was 100 degrees outside, but they worked all afternoon on the water line and finally had to get a plumber out. J.R. stayed til 7pm after the plumber left, drilling the rest of the holes for the posts. Tuesday they had all the posts up and Wednesday when we got home from work, the fence was completely finished and it looked great! Our neighbor had asked that they not trample her plants and they did a great job working around them. The fence is exactly what we wanted and i couldn't have asked for anyone nicer or more professional. i would certainly call on them again.

He did not charge me to do that work. I had a big problem and they made it right. I guess their price was fair. I am going to use them again this week.

I heard other people say they had good results, so I chose them. I would use them again in the future.
