Heather was professional in helping me get Brett scheduled to fix the closure/opening spring on the top of the door. They were very thoughtful and considerate of our needs.

Brian and --- came out and performed the work in a very timely manner. They did a very professional and excellent job. They didn't try to upsell me like Precision did (Precision's quote was $2,950 versus Integrity's $380). Inteity's cost was very fair. The only thing is no receipt was left. Be sure to ask for one.

Ryan came as quickly as his schedule would allow. He was able to solve my problem right then. It's so great to be able to use the garage door again - as I only have one. It couldn't be lifted with the spring broken.
