I kind of decided that, after having fixed it myself about five times, I needed a new one. My recollection is that the actual garbage disposal itself, that they were selling, was actually cheaper than what I could have got at Home Depot. My wife was there when they put in the garbage disposal. All I know is, when I got home, I had a new garbage disposal and a happy wife. We have a sign in our front-yard, because my son is an eight grade football player, that says that my son is No. 51, and Mike Reynolds told my wife that he was No. 51 for Woodland about thirty years ago. So, he was very friendly, and I am sure he was on time because my wife is Swiss and she always notices when people aren't on time. I called him again for a repair I needed on my double oven, and he called me back and said he was going to be out of town for the next week and he referred me to somebody else. He put me in touch with a competitor of his who fixed the oven to our satisfaction.
