 + -1 moreThey were easy to get a hold of. They came out promptly. They did everything correctly. I think the price that they gave me was what I expected.
Description of Work: They topped off the insulation in my attic and some bathrooms. They also put in vertical insulation around my skylights. They did vertical insulation in my high ceilings as well.

 + -1 moreThe job was never done. They couldn't ever seem to find the time to come by and give me an estimate. All I ever got was and quot;we're extremely busyand quot;. Their communications and customer service were very poor, and we ended up going somewhere else to get the job done. At least they won't be too busy doing OUR work!

 + -1 moreThe installation was quick and trouble free. We thought the crew would be noisier, we were concerned because our grandson was napping, but they didn't disrupt his sleep. It's too early to tell if the insulation will make a big difference in energy cost but one thing we notice is how much quieter our home is. I expected to pay more and regret waiting so long to upgrade our attic insulation.
Description of Work: Tyler and crew of Foster Insulation installed 17 bags of fiberglass insulation in our attic to augment and redistribute the existing material.

 + -1 moreThey didn't waste any time getting the job done in a professional manner. They were helpful and paid attention to details.
Description of Work: We hired this company based on their bid for new construction. We had a few odd things to do (Like insulating the bonus room over the garage separately from the living area and insulating the garage as well) and they made suggestions as well (such as insulating the wall which contained plumbing from the bonus room so the noise would be deadened). Their price was much much less than the other bid and they did a really great job on caulking around all joint & windows, spraying the foam and cleaning up and taking their waste with them. They were timely and ready to go to work in the heat wearing their protection suits. I would definitely hire them again.

 + -1 moreWent smoothly from start to finish. Estimate was given soon after contact, work was performed very soon after I notified the rep that I was ready to have the work done. Crew worked smoothly to get work done in a short time. Do not hesitate to leave message for contact--these folks really do call back!
Description of Work: My home is 25 years old with "original insulation." Also over the past year there has been a lot of disruption to the insualtion that was present overhead: recessed lighting, replacement of ductwork, added in-line exhaust system. Insulation was added to top off and fill in around existing, replacing lost, insulation as well; also vertical insulation was added to 12' walls of the raised celiings; insulation was blown in over the non-insulated garage ceiling; skylight walls in bathrooms were newly wrapped.

 + -1 moreNo issues, prompt response on an estimate and service. Extremely fair price compared to the other two estimates we received, professional appearance of staff, knowledge of process extremely high, etc. No damage to home, they did a great job of cleanup, etc.
Description of Work: Add additional insulation between our first and second story to improve heating/cooling conditions in lower and upper story.
