 + -1 moreDiaz arrived a day before the insulation was to be installed to hang sheet rock on walls which were to be pre-sprayed with insulation. He had the sheet rock installed on the necessary walls (with cut outs for fixtures perfectly aligned) in just a few hours. After the insulation was completed, he & his crew arrived to begin the bulk of the task ahead of them. It went very well. Diaz made sure we were happy with everything he & his crew did. They were very through in sanding and smoothing the rough spots. Like I said before, his crew's craftmanship was extraordinary. From start to finish, I think they worked about five or six days...the mud crew even showed up on a Saturday to finish the mud work so they could spray texture on Monday. When the last bit of work was done, the mess was cleaned up and hauled off. The plastic from the doors & windows was removed and hauled off.
Description of Work: Diaz and his crew did an absolutely beautiful job installing sheet rock in our new home (approx 3100SF with a bonus room over the garage with weird angles and a stairwell.) They were punctual, tidy, well mannered and got straight to work. I was most impressed with how well things progressed...sometimes things went too fast!! The ceilings were up, the wall were up and before I knew it, they were beginning to mud the walls. Items not getting finished were taped up and sealed - every door and window in the building was protected from overspray, the bare concrete floors were papered to prevent staining. They cleaned up and carried off the scraps, swept up the dust and took all the trash with them. Incredible. If something wasn't right, they made it right in just a few minutes - Diaz really wanted to please and made sure that his crew did things right. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a bang up job done with sheet rock installation and finishing. Diaz took great care in his work and that of his crew. He did a wonderful job and he should be proud of it.
