Dennis brought in his plumber to diagnose the problem and quickly set up a date for repair. Cost of repair was under estimate, no drywall repair needed, motor pulled and replaced. We are out of state and selling the house so have relied heavily upon Dennis, along with the Dave Hodges Reality Team he works with, to organize and carry out over $5000 of repairs of all kinds, from landscaping to sanding and staining to replacing door hinges, painting metal doors, etc., etc. All down in a timely and professional manner, greatly relieving our worries.
