Very kind, and knowledgeable business. Honest quality work. My husband and I will call them with other repairs that may arise. We live in Bella Vista. We paid upfront like we would never do, and I was so antsy about it , but they sent me reassurances that it was all in the up and up, most businesses would not do that. We are very happy with our washing machine repair. Fast appointment too.ð

I called C & C at noon and they came out at one that day! He ( the owner) diagnosed that we needed a new ice maker, and ordered the part. I mentioned that our wine cooler has been broken a long time. He stopped what he was doing and diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts. The ice maker came in, in a few days and he (the owner) came to install it. He also looked at our oven, that shut itself off the night before. He ordered the part and itâ  s now fixed. C & C is now our go to appliance repair company! They are reasonable, fast to respond, competent and capable.

Seemed to do a good job but I did have to get him before he left to adjust the dishwasher so the silverware drawer would open. I haven’t used the dishwasher yet so time will tell if it’s truly fixed

Once the working parts came in my washer was fixed in no time. The only negative I had was the two out of box parts that either didnâ t work or was damaged. Not technicians fault.

This is the second time I have hired C and C appliance repair to come to my rescue within a year and both times I have been extremely happy with the service. Very punctual on returning telephone call after job posting. Very professional and on time with home visits. Diagnosed ice maker problem on seven year old LG refrigerator and placed order for part on the spot. Part was received mid week and it took him all of 15 minutes to install.
