I had a noon appointment, however Carl called about 9am and said he was nearby and asked if I would like him to come earlier. This worked out great for me so I told him to come on. After surveying the work to be done he said he needed a bracket for one of the ceiling fans and the light fixture I had hoped might be repaired actually needed replacing. He asked me if I would like him to pick up an LED fixture for my kitchen while he was at Lowe's buying a ceiling fan bracket. I told him that would be wonderful. After a short trip to Lowe's he came back and started working. He obviously new what he was doing as he worked quickly and did a professional job. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and was extremely friendly and professional. I was impressed how quickly he finished the job. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to others. I was so impressed that I offered a tip, which he refused saying that it wasn't necessary because they did the same type work everyday. I thought the cost was very reasonable since it included and new bracket and fixture in addition to the labor cost.

Briggs did good work for us. He quickly returned my email request that I sent in the morning and was able to come by to do an estimate near the end of the same day. He offered us two options on dropping wires to install a light switch in order to allow us to save costs. He completed the work within the time he estimated and charged a fair price. During the ceiling fan installs, he noticed the original light fixture wasn't sturdy enough to hold the fans weight so he went into the attic to add the necessary bracing fixture. So we appreciated he attention to detail on this safety aspect. He provided a written receipt at the end of the job and followed it up with a digital, emailed copy as well for our records.

Anthony was great! We'll be definitely be hiring him again.

He immediately started checking all outlets to eliminate until finding the problem. He explained what he was doing and upon finding the issue explained what the problem was.
