This company was clearing branches around power lines in our neighborhood. They showed up on a Saturday morning in our yard and we were given no notice. For this, I fault the power company. However, early on Saturday morning is not a good time to randomly show up unannounced in someone's yard. My real problem with them is they returned the next Monday while we were at work and left our gate open. The next morning, we let our dog out into the yard thinking the gates were closed and our dog ran off. It took us all morning to find her. I find it very unprofessional for a company to not leave things the way they found them. Many people have dogs and leaving gates open is a problem, especially if you don't know they were there doing the work-- so you didn't know to check the gates after them. I have had tree work done by several other companies in the past and they have always made sure to close the gates when they were done.
