Everything that was on my list able to be completed the same day. They did have to come out to do an outside job, due to weather. They did a very good job and the same gentleman came back after I requested him. They awesome to work with.

They are reliable. They usually can attend to things in short order. Their pricing is also reasonable.

That service turned out fine. They came out and everything was done in a timely manner. They were straightforward with their pricing and there was no hassle.

This company is dependable. They send someone who is on time and dependable.

They finished in the time frame that they said they would. This company has workers who are professional and timely.

They were easy to work with. They came and gave us an estimate. Everything worked out well.

I wished I could give them an A+ and they will be the first handyman company I will call. This company is also licensed and bonded and that is important to me.

The crew is professional. The finishing work was really good on the mantle. The exterior work, they gave me some advice and they walked away from potential business since I wanted them to do something that was not necessarily needed.

They are great people. They did a wonderful job. It took about 2-3 days. They have several employees, but the guy they had out here was excellent. They sent me out the right for the right job. They quoted they started before they started and took care of my property.

My tenant was already living there and said that they were very helpful and professional. They had a couple items that were harder than expected to complete and I think there was some learning curve on a few things and my tenant said they were there longer than the hours that they actually billed for which is good that we weren't charged for ramp up time. Overall it went well and everything they fixed is still working fine.

The painters were here early and worked most of the day. They painted the foundation all the way around the house.

It was a little pricey but they worked with us for us to go pick up the merchandise to try and cut the price down.

They did a great job! On budget! Our contractor, Joel, was polite and professional. We did run a few days over schedule, but that is to be expected. Overall, we were very satisfied, and our bathroom looks awesome!

Very helpful customer service. Returned calls promptly. Joel - the actual handyman - was courteous, prompt and skilled. Overall a great experience and I would hire him again.

The work was done professionally and very well. I purchased an Angie's List coupon for $300 for drywall repair, so this allowed me a savings of about $200 on the job. With that said, none of the service I received was of lesser quality or done on the cheap. Very courteous technician who did the job and you could tell he does things the right way. Only reason I dinged them on responsiveness is b/c I'm waiting for a callback on some other repairs I hope they can do:)

Gutters were clean when the handyman left, but my driveway and back yard were not; he or she threw it all on the ground, which stained my concrete by the time I arrived home 8 hours later and left me a mess to clean. I generally believe a job is not complete until you clean up after yourself. Will not repeat business.

I used Handyman Matters several times in 2013 and they were always fine. I've had a frustrating experience with them this year and I won't use them anymore. I asked them to do 3-4 very minor things, including repairing a crack in my ceiling. They had to come back out 4-5 times and the work still was not done well. To this day, there is still a crack in the LR ceiling. I would have thought after all the repeat trips someone would have reached out to me to ensure the work was done well. Nope. Then the front office did not invoice me. The first time I saw an invoice was from a collection agency. For those of us who still take pride in paying our obligations and paying on time, it is insulting to be turned over to a collection agency. At least send me an invoice and give me a chance to pay.

They did an excellent job. The service man himself was very personable and professional. He did a very good job. He was very punctual; he was exactly on time.

We got a quote from them that was very high. I don't really have any recommendations.

GrThe first person they sent out arrived 45 minutes late - granted he did call because he couldn't find the house. He said there was two houses with the same address... One in Rogers and one in Pea Ridge yet the work order had the right town and when I called him back he was two blocks away in the right town @ a service station. He also said he had forgotten his ladder and did I have one he could use to get on the house. When he got here he said the roof was too pitched and he would have to have someone else sent out to do this. He worked about 25-40 minutes on replacing the pipe and then he had to run to lowes to get the trim. When he returned he installed the trim. He left the trash on the floor around the door and when I went to look at the pipe he replaced he had glue running down about 45% of the pipe and it is installed crooked. I would not allow him to be my contractor again he just wasn't very good. After he had worked about 1 hour he took about a 15 minute break in his truck outside... I am sure that was on my dime and I am not sure 1 hour of work requires a break. The second person who came out to do the roof was 5 minutes early and well prepared. He got right up on the roof and found that I didn't need the part replaced only that the builder didn't properly secure it. He ran across town and got a couple nails and got me fixed right up. He was finished in about 35 minutes. I called the company to see about the other hour of work. I didn't need anything else done so they are going to refund it. Their service was good. I would give the overall company a ranking of "B" as in above average First Contractors Grade D+ (Below Average) Second Contractors Grade A- (Excellent) Office Staff A (Excellent) Overall Grade: High B+ (Above Average)

There are 3 people you want to be friends with; a lawyer, a CPA, and a handyman and if you live in NWA, Handyman Matters should be on your short list for a few reasons. They are not cheap, and for what they offer they charge a fair price considering they stand by the work done and don't have an agenda. Once I called for some help with a leak they were available the next day and showed up on time and completed the job as estimated.

Called Handyman Matters ,Kari answered the phone and set us up quickly with someone who would come out and clean our gutters. This si the 2nd time I have used them and both time they have showed up on time, been very polite and cleaned up all the areas around the gutters... taking the gutter junk with them.
