Description of Work: We were able to contact A-Tech through their website and they contacted us the following day. Ultimately we got a warranty extension through the appliance manufacturer, and A-Tech handled the entire process of verifying our warranty and installing parts as soon as they had them. The only thing we paid for was the initial service call, and we even got a 10% discount with an Angie's List coupon. We appreciate the customer service and professionalism that A-Tech provided and would use them again in the future for issues with our major appliances.
