We didn't compare their prices but we thought it was reasonable. We haven't had that kind of work done before. They were excellent. They were friendly and very professional. They were really great and they cleaned up after themselves. There were no problems. It was a good experience and we would use them again.

Oven quit working during self-cleaning cycle. With the age of the appliance, we expected we would have to replace the entire appliance. Paul from A-Tech knew immediately where to start trouble shooting the problem, identified the immediate problem. Because of the age of the oven, Paul had to order the part and return to install the new parts. We were charged for a single service call, parts and labor to install. We were very pleased with the cost and the service. Paul was thorough, quick, and professional in getting the job done. A-Tech provided a picture of Paul prior to the service call so that we knew exactly who to expect. A-Tech just became our number one source for future appliance service and repair.

Roy found the issue with our GE refrigerator, had a bad circuit board for auto-defrost. Seemed very competent and explained his diagnosis and his repair, gave me an estimate and got my agreement before starting any repairs. Would use again.

It went great The repairman, Roy, looked at the dryer and felt like he needed a little help. He called and another person was there in a few minutes. Betweeen them both they were able to get the dryer repaired and is now working normal. Roy determined that the icemaker module needed replacing. He had everything he needed and finished the job very quickly. A very professional group and cost was very reasonable.

It was a miracle to get same day service! Tech arrived 30 minutes early. Paul Dilks was the technicians name. He jumped right to work. He was very personable with a great sense of humor. He laid out the options and started with the cheapest one first. That was the one that worked! I will do business with them again and recommend them to a friend.

Services performed as expected but it always costs more than I expect... The tech did a fine job. I would call them again.

Excellent. Called ATech on Tuesday. Technician came on Wednesday. The excellent part is ATech gave a 2 hour arrival window & the technician called approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival.

The workmen were professionals and performed a diagnostic that identified the problem in a few minutes. If I needed appliance repair this would be the first company I would call.

I have used A-Tech appliance many times. They are always very nice, neat, and professional. Most of all I feel they are trustworthy. I will use them again and I would recommend them.

Our old Asko dishwasher stopped working and so we called around. Parts today was recommended by our handyman as being honest and good. They were able to come fairly quickly. Jeff Vlastuin came and found out that some cherry stems had gotten stuck in the disposal pipe, blocking the dishwasher. He was courteous and quite quick. I would definitely call them again!

The company communication was excellent. The repairman was on itme and prepared for the job with the correct parts. He explained the problem in detail. He then replaced the pump with the new unit. He was meticulous in cleanning up the job site after he completed his work. They are simply a very well run and staffed company from the office personnel to the repairman himself.

Came and repaired the dishwasher in less than an hour.

PULLED COOK TOP FROM CABINET, BROKE AND LOOSENED SEVERAL COUNTER TOP TILES. CHECKED THE GROUND WIRE THOUGHT THAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM. THE TEC. LEFT . HAD TO CALL AND INFORM THE TEC,. IT WAS NOT THE GROUND WIRE AS THE PROBLEM STILL EXSITED. TEC. SAID HE WOULD ORDER ANOTHER CIRCUIT BOARD AND WOULD RETURN AND REPLACE THE OLD BOARD. THE TEC. DID JUST THAT, THE STOVE WORKS FINE BUT I HAD TO REPAIR THE TILES MYSELF. NO OFFER ON THE TEC'S PART TO REPAIR THE TILES.

washer stopped draining sunday night, 11/18/21. I called a-tech sunday night and left a message. I received a call from them early monday morning and was able to schedule an appointment for 11/21 at 8 am. She stated that this was the first avalable time and this was not a problem because i am off work on wednesdays. She asked for a model and serial #, so that the tech would have all the needed parts on his truck. The tech, Paul D. was right on time, had the needed part (new drain pump) and was in and out around 9 am. Paul was courteous, knowlegeable and even cleaned up the dirt and grime under the washer. I really appreciate them and will highly reccommend them to my family and friends.

Our dryer suddenly quit drying. We had no real idea what the issue was after checking our fuses box and all was OK there. We called for an appointment and ATech had time for an appointment the next day. They called to confirm someone was on the way and they appointment was on time. No waiting around. Jeff found a blown fuse to be the culprit and replaced it. He also noted that the long dryer venting could have caused the fuse to get hot and it could occur again. He took the extra dryer tubing out and cleaned up his work area. Really nice service and exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely call them again.

Arrived on time. Found and fixed problem with door on dishwasher. Asked if anything else? I mentioned problem with oven light bulb. Resolved that and was on his way.

No surprises. Seems to have went fine. Only complaint is they seem to be very high priced for the work performed. They not only charge the fee for service but also a service call fee in addition to that. It is not waived even if they end up doing the job. On the fence about whether would use them again. Phone staff is not the friendliest group either. Just being honest. Note they have done other work in my home which I have had to correct afterward.

I think that they were very good. They came in and looked at the dishwasher and did see what was wrong with it and had to order some parts for it. The parts came in 3 days later and they came and fixed it. They did such a good job, and I would recommend them to other people.
