It's been good. Over the years we've had them 2 or 3 times. They've always been good. They're not cheap but they've always been good.

They were great. They came out, the gentlemen was very helpful. They gave an estimate on the refrigerator. They did a good job. They just quoted it but it was more than the refrigerator was worth. For whatever their hourly was their rate was fine. They were great. If we didn't have another company we would us them again.

They arrived on time, fixed the dryer rollers quickly and replaced the external vent hose.

Had a problem with our Maytag washer. We took a short video of the problem we were having to aid the diagnosing. When the guy showed up, he looked at video and then said he didn't have to do any more diagnostics and gave us a quote for $990.08. He said we had a bad transmission. He didn't give us a written quote mind you, just verbal info that my husband wrote down. He didn't even put hands on the washer. The problem was not something that happened all the time, which is why we took the video, to give him a staring point in diagnosing. When I found out from someone else that likely wasn't the problem, after we'd already bought a new washer and dryer, I contacted the office. None of the three managers were there at the time so I left a message, I was promised a call back the following Monday- 11/18. I never got one, given that it was a short week I waiting until 11/28 to call again and left a message. I got a call back from Bob- who was kind of rude. He said he looked at the 'system' and brought up the quote as well as notes from the tech saying that he had reached in the washer and spun the tub and it was "all loose". That was a complete lie because as I have already stated, he did not put his hands on the washer. The system also showed that he diagnosed the support for the tub had broken. He never said anything about the support for the tub being broken at the house only that the transmission was bad. If the support for the tub was broken, I would think it would not work at all or the problem would be constant but it wasn't and the washer was still working fine, just a little loud at times. This was a wasted $87.75. The guy we gave the washer to got a great deal though. :(

Quoted $330 to $360 to take my washer & dryer off of the pedestals! For 30-45 minutes labor and no parts required?! Can you say price gouging?

Beautifully. I have used them before for servicing my ice maker and my washing machine. They are prompt and professional and very pleasant to deal with whether on the phone or in person. I would make a commercial for them. They are courteous, they clean up after themselves, and they get back to me right away when I call them. Highly recommend.

They showed up right on time, called when they were on their way to let me know they were 10 minutes out. Got right to work on my dishwasher. The problem was simple and they fixed it right away. I mentioned that my ice maker in my refrigerator had broken over the weekend and I was going to schedule another appointment with them for that. They took a look, called in a ticket, ordered the part to fix it and will have it in a couple of days. They were awesome! I can't wait to have a fixed ice maker too! I highly recommend A Tech for appliance repair! I will absolutely use them if I need them in the future and will recommend them to my friends!

Called for estimate on replacing broken dryer belt. They called me back in 15 minutes with price including parts. $25 for belt. $157 for labor, plus tax. $200 total. I questioned price and was told "That's the price out of the book for replacing dryer belt on that unit." I ordered part for $7 (including shipping) on Amazon I have no experience in appliance repair nor have I every replaced a dryer belt but it took me exactly 50 minutes to replace the broken belt. If I had to do it again, I could be in and out in 30 minutes. I understand that they have to make a fair profit, but $175 for 30 minutes of work is too much in my opinion.

Needed the water dispenser in our fridge fixed, call this place. Prompt service but 2 weeks and $300 later my fridge still didn't work, called them again and Tony got it to work after 3.5 weeks... Turns our the first "tech" didn't properly install the part on the water line. They monitor these reviews and call you and ask if could change them, just an fyi...

Came out and said we needed new switches and a module. Service call charge seemed excessive but I had used them a year before for a similar issue and at the time was happy with their service. This time they said the cost of repair was $504 so i called another company who charged nothing for the service call and cleaned the burners with "3-in-one" lubricate and the unit has worked great since. A-Tech misdiagnosed the problem and would have charged me over $500 for their mistake. Seems not only do they charge an excessive amount for looking at your problem but then do not have the expertise to correctly diagnose it or if you take the low road, gouge you for unecessary repairs.

Well, they came out when scheduled, were very polite and tried for several times to fix this problem. Thankfully, our refrigerator was under warranty, so there was no cost to us. Finally, after at least four visits, they fixed it and it has stayed fixed. Then lately, we were having another problem with this refrigerator, and Lowe's has contracted another company to service their warranty covered appliances. This new company tells me that Whirlpool came up with the "permanent fix" seven years ago! Guess we'll see how this company does.

The repair person inspected the ice maker and knew immediately how to solve the problem.

This was not my first repair on my machines. However,it was my first repair of this calibar. These two young men were extremely thorough. Parts of the dryer were removed so they could get in and see what the problem part was and I was pleased that they had the part with them. They also trimmed our dryer hose for efficiency. In addition, they cleaned our venting as far as they could , but suggested we get our "long run" done by Top Hat or another service similar. They were able to tell me my bearings we're going out on my washer and what it would cost to replace them. I opted not to repair the washer due to the cost of the repair versus the cost of a new washer. The washer "check-up " was covered by Coupon available on Angie's for ATech. These guys diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a bid, made the repair (on the dryer), did a few extras I wasn't expecting, and cleaned up after themselves. What more could I possibly want? I will call them again!

Sent request via Angie's List - received EM requesting call back/more details within 30 minutes. Appointment made for next day, Tech called prior to arrival and was on time. Friendly, clean, knowledgeable. Quickly determined issue (timer broken) and provided quote for part/repair work. Advised Dryer was in good condition and worth cost to repair compared to purchase of new Dryer. Tech called Office to confirm availability and expected arrival for ordered part. Confirmed likely date of next appointment and that someone would call to confirm when part arrived. Office called one day earlier than expected and appointment made to complete job that day. In fact, Tech was running early, called to confirm ok to arrive earlier than expected. It was the same Tech who diagnosed problem that installed part - again, he was clean, courteous, etc. Cost ~$75+tax for diagnosis visit, ~$195 for part / installation. Paid with Credit Card, they emailed receipt. Would definitely call them when any other major appliance needs repair.

The contact girl asked appropriate questions about the problem and set up appt. The service tech called before he came out and showed up exactly when he said he would be here. He had a very clean appearance; put down a protective cover on the floor, analyzed the possible problems and quickly fixed it.

Roy was OUTSTANDING! Knew the problem immediately and fixed it efficiently and masterfully. He is an asset to company and should be "employee of the year"

I was very impressed with both the company and the technician, Roy. Both were professional, both were kind and went the extra mile, even though it was my fault he had to come back to the house. I would certainly not only recommend Atech and the technician, Roy, but they will be my first call for future services! Thank you!

On several occasions we have had drain problems with our french door refrigerator. Ice builds up in the bottom and then melts onto the floor. Luckily we took the extended warranty on this appliance and the repairs have all been covered. Recently we had the icing problem again and A-tech Appliance sent repairmen. The A-tech men were very professional and friendly. They explained that Whirlpool had come out with a fix for our issue and they had a replacement drain tube assembly that would eliminate the iced up drain. In no time they had the part installed, removed the ice from the freezer floor and cleaned up their work area. We were advised that there should be no more problems but that we should call if there was. The A-tech repairmen really knew their stuff. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I will definitely call them first if we have any issues with any appliance.

The technician was extremely professional, explained everything in detail, replaced all necessary parts, and the machine is operating splendidly. This is not a negative statement, but I think it is food for thought. My dryer is 22 years old. When I asked if I should spend the $300 to fix it, or buy a new one, I was told convincingly that this vintage machine is more reliable then the new machines. The company is in the repair business, would it have made a difference if they were in sales as well? I am probably way off base here, so you can exclude this paragraph from my comments if you wish. Sometimes I over analyze things, and that this is probably one of those times. I am happy with the services rendered, and enjoy using the dryer I am accustomed to, and I haven't a negative thought about the work performed.
