Description of Work: Difficult to schedule and like most repair services today they give you a 6 hour time frame to arrive and usually it is at the end of that time. So you spend all day waiting on them. They need to make to where they will call you 30 min before their arrival so you can do other things.

Description of Work: The tech took my whirlpool washer apart and located the pieces caught in the filter trap and completely cleaned it out. Then, after putting it back together he made sure it was working properly and cleaned up his mess before leaving. He was very thorough, informative and courteous.

Description of Work: Our front loading LG high efficiency washer started leaking after about 6 years. The technician came and looked and figured out quickly (20 min) what the issue was. Ordered the part and came back and it was fixed 3 working days later. On time, efficient, pleasant and professional. Did not get other estimates but I think the price for service call comparable and part price clearly fixed. Will use again.

Description of Work: My oven igniter was the problem and he just twisted it around until it made contact and then the oven worked properly. They charge 77 dollars just for appearing and the total bill was $148 just for knowing what to do and doing it. There is a 90 day warranty so if it happens again, they will come back and fix it.
