Description of Work: Had the door link of my dishwasher repaired. Jaime had his hand full with trying to get the dishwasher pulled out. He was kind, courteous and very professional. Did a great job even with the 3 yr old grandson wanting to help out. He is a great guy. Company should be glad to have him as and employee.

Description of Work: Good service. Communication was good. The service guys were on time. They were pleasant, neat, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem quickly and told me the cost of the repair. The was a delay to order the part. The returned with the part, finished the repair, tested it and left.

Description of Work: Washing machine would not stop filling & start washing. If I had not spotted the about-to-be-catastrophe I suppose it would have eventually filled to overflowing. Tech' said problem was a fairly common one for a machine of its age; had replacement part on his truck & change-out went quickly.

Description of Work: Danny Dent is a wonderful technician - I don't know when I have been more pleased!! He has repaired my refrigerator, microwavew, and washing machine in the past 3 months. He is so well-mannered - polite - a great guy - and very smart and good!!!

Description of Work: $184.00 seemed expensive for simple oven repair, but I'm new to the area and unaware of what's "normal" here. Also, I live several miles out of town, hence a hefty trip charge. Still, the service was good, and I would call them again. They repaired the oven and examined the ice maker, both in one trip, and offered to return to repair the ice maker without a trip charge. They were very professional. Except for the cost, I have no complaints about this experience.

Description of Work: Our Cook-top stove ignition had gone out. Initially we contacted another repair company who had been recommended and he said it was not worth repairing but got his $65.00 for his visit. Another local home repair company's owner recommended A-Tech. Their office personnel are friendly and helpful. They have a 30 day no-charge return service call policy if on their first visit they can't find the problem. They extended this to about 35 days for us and found the problem on their second visit. They ordered the parts and before they came back, our washing machine went kaput. They reduced their charge for checking the washing machine out since they were going to be here for the cook-top repair. Once their tech, Danny, arrived, he promptly diagnosed and repaired the washing machine (he had the necessary part with him!!!!!!!!!!!) and then promptly installed the new ignition switches on the cook-top. Danny is so nice!!!! And he knows what he is doing versus guessing at the problem. Very professional and courteous! They were prompt in replying to our need and in arriving for the service appointment, calling first to let us know he was on his way. Their charge was exactly as Danny had told us up front. They saved us over $1,000 by fixing a cook-top we had been told by the other guy we would have to replace. This company can't be beat! They have earned our trust and our future business. If only all companies operated this way.

Description of Work: Danny, checked our refrigerator and told us the compressor was gone. He called office and was told it would be $800 for parts with a 3 month wait! He was kind enough to fill with freon and patch until we could buy a new refrigerator.

Description of Work: I bought a used washing machine from them, it was priced fair but a week later the agitator went out on it. Called them and they said if I brought it in they would fix it. We took it in and they fixed it quickly while we waited.
