+ -1 moreI chose them because they are close to my home. Siloam Springs is pretty good at coming out for minor problems. They do not always fix the problem the first time, but will not charge you for the visit.
Description of Work: They replaced an evaporator coil.

+ -1 moreMy air conditioning system (which was installed by this company) just was not performing at an acceptable level. The indoor temperature was just a few degrees cooler than the outside temperature. Not acceptable when it is 100! I asked them to check out the unit from top to bottom and do whatever it took to fix it. They told me on both occasions that the unit was performing as best it could. My husband and I discussed replacing the unit with a larger one thinking this must be the problem. Yesterday, I called 3 companies to give me quotes on new units. The first company that responded, told me that the unit was just undercharged! He added 2 1/2 pounds of freon to my unit and it immediately brought the indoor temp to an acceptable level and overnight it was operating normally. No more days and nights of sweating and unable to sleep!!
Description of Work: Two (2) separate service calls to check my AC unit performance.
