It went have went much better if they would have even wanted to address my ant issue and not insulating my home instead which was their major concern because of it costing me around 3000$ instead of 100 for my real problem!!

We have been using Orkin for the past 11 years and have been pleased with the service. At one time the price began to rise exponentially, but after we complained the price was adjusted, however, it has begun to rise once again. In addition, our wonderful technician was reassigned to a new area and it is becoming quite a hassle to schedule the quarterly services for when we are home. During our last visit I noticed mud everywhere and discovered it was coming from the technician's shoes. I asked him if he would please use shoe covers if he had been working outside ..... he said he had them in the truck and didn't think it was necessary since the mud usually dries on the way to the next house! He did agree to wear them on future visits to our home. This quarter we have a new technician who came and serviced the outside even though I called and requested them not to since I was out of town and also needed the inside serviced due to an ongoing problem with centipedes (which I had discussed previously with the prior technician). We called when we found the invoice tucked inside our door and scheduled an appointment for the inside to be serviced. I stayed home all day waiting and finally called at the end of the day and was told he had called and cancelled the appointment with my husband earlier in the day. This was impossible since my husband was not at home! After further conversation, it was discovered that since the outside had been serviced earlier the invoice had already been turned in, so the cancellation of our appointment was overlooked. I think a visit from a pest control company should be easy and painless and a change may be in order!

They are doing a good job because we don't have any bugs in our home. They are very professional and they always call before they come to spray. Anytime we have a problem, we just give them a call and they are there right away. It is a good service to have. We will continue to use Orkin in the future for our pest control because we have a service contract with them.

They are good. We have a contract with them so it makes it easy. They just come out and take care of things for us.
