It did not go well. They failed to show up on the first appointment, and were late for the second by 4 hours. They then decided to take a lunch after only working 2 hours on the second appointment. They damaged 3 of my window sills during the installation, and didn't make any attempt to fix them. One of their trucks had a leak, which stained my driveway. The windows are fine, I just didn't appreciate the workers.
Description of Work: They installed new windows throughout my entire home.

The job went very well, he ordered the glass, when he went to install it noticed that the bar was too long, came right out and told us. Let us use it until the new one got here and worked around our schedule to put it in.
Description of Work: Allen installed our shower door, did a great job. Came by on a Saturday (on a holiday weekend) and did an estimate and then installed it after 5pm since we get home so late. He was very easy to work with and made sure we were pleased.
