Description of Work: Called ina Friday for emergency weekend work with washing machine water backflushing into bathtub. Was scheduled for that next day after being told there was an additional $20 fee for weekend. They did not appear when scheduled but did provide a legitimate excuse. The immediate problem was resolved quicly with layman explanation by the technician Ron. He also pointed outthat a clean-out for my septic tank would help in the future. As well as installing a new line go the septic tank. I agreed to the cost and he agreed to do the work the next day which was a Sunday. I was late returning from work bug Ron took several before. during, and after pictures. He also did a great clean up job. I will definitely call again.

+ -1 moreThey were able to resolve the problem without even having to run the sewer snake in the sewer. I thought that they were honest with their assessment of the problem and they were quick to respond. The price was kind of what I expected to spend. It was on a short notice and they came out within a matter of an hour or two.
Description of Work: I have used US Rooters for getting a sewer clog repaired.

+ -1 moreToilets didn't work. That's an emergency. Called US Rooter and they sent a guy promptly and rooted the line. The price was fine. He advised me to quit flushing dental floss. Who knew?
Description of Work: Sewer line stopped up. They arrived promptly and fixed the problem.

+ -1 moreWe started having numerous blocked sewer lines. Seems we were calling the rooter guy out every week or two to run a cable. As it turns out, a large portion of our sewer was made of Orangeburg piping that was collapsing and needed to be replaced. We called U.S. Rooter to clear the line. They cleared the line and snaked a camera and showed us the collapsed Orangeburg line. They contacted the city so they would come out and mark where the city water, electric and gas services were located underground so the plumbing company would not dig into them. After all were marked, they came and did the work. They did, however, run into an gas line that appeared to be in the way. They contacted the city which showed up immediately, laser surveyed the location of the pipe and determined it would clear the new construction. The owner of the plumbing company did the work. He did a super job. The hole was cleanly made and after filling, barely looked like digging had even taken place.
Description of Work: Ran sewer camera and determined main sewer had collapsed. Dug up (with backhoe) and removed old collapsed sewer line. Replaced 30 ft. bad main outside sewer line. Installed one new single clean out and one new dual clean out.
