+ -1 moreKathy was very responsive, nice, and polite throughout the entire process. We called her on a Sunday and she booked us for the very next morning. She even notified us when she was running late and was very apologetic. She asked what needed to be done and we stated we wanted a thorough cleaning particularly of the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. She stated that it would take 3-4 hours to do the job. We left her in the morning and returned around lunch time. Before she left, she then went over the areas she cleaned and even recommended cleaning techniques and what products to use in the future. However, after Kathy left we noticed quite a few areas that were either not touched or not properly done. Several of the kitchen cabinets, areas inside the fridge, and areas inside the bathrooms looked as if they were given a quick clean. The top of the fridge was not touched and was still very dusty. She also cleaned around objects (e.g. bags, small containers, and chairs) instead of moving them. While Kathy is very professional and polite, we don't recommend her to those who want a professional "white glove service" clean.
Description of Work: My fiancee and I moved into a new home and needed a full cleaning before the movers arrived.

Description of Work: All types of housecleaning, brings her own cleaning supplies and equipment. She is helping to organize and declutter my closets and garage. She runs errands for me to get groceries and other needs. She is the best housekeeper I have ever had.

Description of Work: Thorough house cleaning! I am impressed by Miss Kathy. She definitely went above and beyond, in my opinion. In the past I have used another cleaning agency. They DID not do the detailed work this individual did. They only did what was required. Cathy did things that I don't even do when cleaning. Example: Cleaned BEHIND all the toys in the toy room, and organized them back in nice rows. Wow.
