+ -1 moreIt was okay. Their work was excellent. The job was done in a timely manner, and it looked good. He is a good worker and gets the job done. The price and quality was good. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were great.

+ -1 moreThe actual painting of the rooms were fine, but the cleanup at the one house was terrible...took days of scraping the paint from the floor. And at this same house...the kitchen cabinets were painted and they were sprayed instead of rolled, which was okay except that the coverage was very poor and the original paint is showing thru. The next week I had another house painted...they did the same at this house, and I specifically told them to cover the floor, baseboards, etc. I withheld $275.00 of the payment for them to fix the cabinets. He threatened me with small claims court if I didn't pay, finally agreed to come and fix the cabinets...and I had to go to work..so I left the check with him and TRUSTED them to do the work..my error. No cabinets fixed..check cashed. Too bad as they seemed like nice people that wanted to do the work and the price was reasonable, but about the same as I'd been quoted by others.

+ 0 moreInterior painting was very good. Exterior painting was good but second time it did not last more than 6 months--started to peel off. Contacted Persson and he came out and stated the stain/paint used was bad. He completely re pressure washed and redid the job--Very Impressed and will use him again.
Description of Work: Had Daniel Persson paint both interior and exterior (Deck and other wood items) on a number of occasions. Did a nice job on both. Persson Painting was by far less expensive that three other quotes I obtained. Persson sprays most surfaces rather than brushes. Had interior done in different parts of the house on different occasions. Had deck done twice in 4 years. Had a problem with deck paint--see below.
