 + -1 moreAfter numerous phone calls to get Dustin to offer a bid on my project, he finally came out and offered a proposal. I accepted. I waited and left several messages with the office and on his cell phone. This is over 2 months of waiting and not even the courtesy of a return phone call. I think NOT. If this is how you treat your customers (or worse, your potential customers) no thank you. My review is to MOVE along to another company and save yourself the headache!!

Description of Work: They did a good job spraying the reflective paint in the attic. The guys doing the gutters didn't really care what kind of a job they did, just get it done. They had to come back and correct, but they did it and everything is working. Scheduling was the worst problem. The lady in the office kept getting things mixed up and didn't relay messages.

 + -1 moreA two-man crew took down the deterorated, bag enclosed rock wool insulation from a 9' X 35' attic wall and added the rock wool across the same type attic floor insulation. The deteriorated paper bags were removed from the attic. Fiberglass, R-19 24" KRAFT BATT insulation was then placed on the wall. The crew then filled in any gaps found around the HVAC system with the same fiberglass insulation. After three months of operation I can say that the amount of dust (rock wool) escaping the attic has been nearly eliminated, thanks to the extra effort of the installers.
Description of Work: Replaced the Insualtion in an attic wall.
