This repair was not completed. Per invoice I was to pay for new gutter, gutter guard, and roof materials and labor. The portion of the roof that was replaced sags and it's obvious it wasn't done correctly. They just bent old gutter and left it hanging on side of building. I called and left messages but never received any calls back. Instead I get an invoice requesting payment. Who pays for work not done?

They installed a metal roof after removing the old shingles. The house is able to stay cooler and the roof was able to handle the 10 inches of snow we had in 2021. It's nice to have a full year warranty. Also, they installed a larger gutter on the front of the house and put leaf protectors all the way around the house.

I was contacted by AQ Roofing and set up an appointment for an estimate. The meeting went well and I chose to go on with a contract for the repair. I let them know when I could have the payment in full for the work and we set an estmated date for completion. I was called that they had an opening and if I was ok with them coming to do the repair. They were quick and the work was well done. The material cleanup was excellent and I am pleased with the repair. They sent me an invoice which was paid as agreed. It was a good experience for me.
